Abstract: | Dukungan keluarga adalah hal yang mempengaruhi bagi seorang siswa dalam bersikap dan bertindak di lingkungannya. Sebagai seorang siswa yang baru, maka hendaknya perlu mendapatkan perhatian yang lebih dari keluarganya, sehingga siswa tersebut dapat menyesuaikan dirinya dengan lingkungan yang baru dengan lebih baik. Maka tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan penyesuaian diri pada santri baru putra di Pesantren Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah. Jenis penelitian menggunakan deskrptif korelasi. Desain penelitian menggunakan desain crosssectional. Populasi penelitian seluruh Santri baru putra ada di Pesantren Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah sebanyak 337 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling, jumlah sampel sebanyak 67 orang. Instrument menggunakan lembar kuesioner dukungan keluarga dan penyesuaian diri. Penyajian data dilakukan dengan univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji product moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dukungan keluarga kategori tinggi dan penyesuaian diri kategori tinggi. Hasil analisa data menggunakan uji product moment menunjukkan nilai Pvalue sebesar 0,000 (<0,05). Kesimpulan penelitian terdapat hubungan dukungan keluarga dengan penyesuaian diri pada santri baru putra di Pesantren Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah. Diharapkan pihak sekolah agar memperhatikan dukungan keluarga dan penyesuaian diri siswa, dengan mengadakan program pengembangan untuk penyesuaian diri siswa. Family support is something that affects a student in acting and acting in his environment. As a new student, it should be necessary to get more attention from his family, so that the student can adapt himself to the new environment better. So the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between family support and adjustment to new male students at the Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School. This type of research uses descriptive correlation. The research design used a cross-sectional design. The research population of all new male students is at the Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School as many as 337 people. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling, the number of samples is 67 people. The instrument uses a family support and adjustment questionnaire sheet. The presentation of the data was carried out using univariate and bivariate methods using the product moment test. The results showed that family support was in the high category and self-adjustment was in the high category. The results of data analysis using the product moment test showed a P-value of 0.000 (<0.05). The conclusion of the study is that there is a relationship between family support and adjustment to new male students at the Ar-Raudhatul Hasanah Islamic Boarding School. It is hoped that the school will pay attention to family support and student adjustment, by holding a development program for student adjustment. |
