Hubungan Antara Pola Asuh Demokratis dengan Kepercayaan Diri Siswa SMA Negeri 1 Lahusa

Abstract

Kurangnya kepercayaan diri remaja sangat berpengaruh terhadap perkebangan kedepannya. Kepercayaan diri (selft confidence) merupakan suatu keyakinan dan sikap seseorang terhadap kemampuan pada dirinya dengan menerima apa adanya baik positif maupun negatife. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran hubungan pola asuh demokratis dengan kepercayaan diri pada siswa Sma Negeri 1 Lahusa. Metode yang digunakan dalam memperoleh data dan informasih pada penelitian ini mengunakan Skala litkert. Penelitian ini mengunakan dua skala yaitu skala pola asuh dan skala kepercayaan diri, dengan 40 butir item dengan 20 Item favorable (postif) dan 20 unfovorable (negative). Subjek ditentukan dengan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Ada korelasi kuat dan signifikan antara pola asuh demokratis dengan kepercayaan diri siswa. Hal ini diindikasikan oleh nilai signifikansi (p-value) = 0.000 < 0.05 dan t-hitung korelasi = 0.629 berada diantara 0.60 – 0.799 dengan nilai R2 = 39.6%. Lack of self-confidence of adolescents is very influential on future development. Self-confidence (selft confidence) is a person's belief and attitude towards their abilities by accepting what they are, both positive and negative. This study aims to describe the relationship between democratic parenting and selfconfidence in students of SMA Negeri 1 Lahusa. The method used in obtaining data and information in this study using the Litkert scale. This study used two scales, namely the parenting scale and the self-confidence scale, with 40 items with 20 favorable (positive) and 20 unfovorable (negative) items. Subjects were determined by purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that there is a strong and significant correlation between democratic parenting and student selfconfidence. This is indicated by the significance value (p-value) = 0.000 <0.05 and the correlation t-count = 0.629 is between 0.60 - 0.799 with a value of R2 = 39.6%.
