dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan menggunakan jasa ojek online (GO-JEK). Subjek penelitian yaitu pengguna gojek di kawasan SUN Plaza, teknik pengambilan sempel menggunakan accidental sampling yang berjumlah 100 responden. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah skala pengambilan keputusan yang disusun oleh peneliti berdasarkan faktor-faktor pengambilan keputusan yang terdiri dari 38 item dengan skor reliabilitas (α = 0.903). Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh hasil bahwa analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan menggunakan jasa ojek online (GO-JEK). Pengambilan keputusan pengguna gojek di kawasan Sun plaza, Kampung Aur, kecamatan Medan polonia, Berdasarkan hasil analisis faktor pengambilan keputusan pengguna GO-JEK didapatkan kontribusi faktor budaya terhadap pengambilan keputusan sebesar 0.879, faktor sosial sebesar 0.824, faktor pribadi sebesar 0.711 dan faktor psikologi sebesar 0.744. Ini menunjukan kontribusi faktor-faktor pengambilan keputusan yang ada dikategorikan memiliki kontribusi yang baik. This study aims to determine the influence of the factors that influence decision making using online motorcycle taxi services (GO-JEK). The research subjects are gojek users in the SUN Plaza area, engineering sampling using accidental sampling amounting to 100 respondents. The measuring tool used is a decision-making scale that compiled by researchers based on decision-making factors consisting of of 38 items with a reliability score (α = 0.903). Based on data analysis, the results obtained that the analysis of the factors that influence the decision the decision to use online motorcycle taxi services (GO-JEK). Decision-making Gojek users in the Sun plaza area, Kampung Aur, Medan Polonia sub-district, Based on the results of the analysis of the decision-making factors of GO-JEK users it was found that the contribution of cultural factors to decision making was 0.879, social factors of 0.824, personal factors of 0.711 and psychology of 0.744. This shows the contribution of the taking factors existing decisions are categorized as having a good contribution.en_US
