dc.description.abstract | Pusat-pusat pembangkit tenaga listrik berada jauh dari pusat beban, hal ini mengakibatkan kerugian yang cukup besar dalam penyaluran daya listrik. Kerugian tersebut disebabkan oleh saluran yang cukup panjang dan beban yang cukup besar sehingga dalam penyaluran daya listrik melalui transmisi maupun distribusi akan mengalami drop tegangan (voltage drop) sepanjang saluran dilalui. Besar drop tegangan yang terjadi di jaringan distribusi listrik PT Medan Sugar Industry sangat dipengaruhi oleh banyaknya beban, besar arus dan nilai impedansi dari drop tegangan yang terjadi pada feeder. Dari data yang diperoleh dilapangan, pemakaian daya dimasing – masing feeder terdapat perbedaan yang cukup signifikan. Dengan menghitung nilai resistansi dan reaktansi saluran maka didapat hasil drop tegangan pada masing– masing feeder. Dari perhitungan drop tegangan maka akan didapat rugi –rugi daya pada masing-masing feeder. Dari hasil analisa, drop tegangan yang paling besar terdapat pada feeder 1 & feeder 3. Begitu juga dengan perhitungan rugi – rugi daya, kerugian daya yang paling besar terdapat pada feeder 1 & feeder 3. Power plant center are away from the load center, causing considerable losses in power supply. The loss is caused by a long enough channel and a large enough load so that in the distribution of electrical power through the transmission or distribution will experience a voltage drop (voltage drop) as long as the channel is passed. Large drop voltage that occurs in the electricity distribution network PT Medan Sugar Industry is strongly influenced by the large load, the magnitude of the current and the impedance value of the voltage drop that occurs in the feeder. From the data obtained in the field, the use of power dipasing - each feeder there is a significant difference. By calculating the channel resistance and reactance value, we get the result of voltage drop in each feeder. From the calculation of the voltage drop will be obtained loss-loss power on each feeder. From the analysis results, the largest voltage drop is found in feeder 1 & feeder 3. Likewise with the calculation of loss - loss of power, thelargest power losses are in feeder 1 & feeder 3. | en_US |
