dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dan untuk mengetahui kombinasi komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan Perum. Perumnas Regional 1 Medan yang berjumlah 81 karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 67 responden, dengan menggunakan propotional stratified random sampling sebagai teknik pengambilannya. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis model statistik yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi liniear berganda, uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi (R2) dengan menggunakan software SPSS 20.0 (Statistic Product and Services Solution) for windows. Data penelitian bersumber dari data primer dan proses pengumpulan data dan menggunakan wawancara dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara variabel independen yaitu komunikasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap variabel dependen yaitu kinerja karyawan. Variabel komunikasi diperoleh nilai t adalah thitung > ttabel (4,071 > 1,997) dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 dan untuk variabel lingkungan kerja diperoleh nilai t thitung > ttabel (2,901 > 1,997) dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,005 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan komunikasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Perum.Perumnas Regional 1 Medan dan uji F diperoleh nilai fhitung > ftabel (99,187 > 3,14), dengan hipotesis ditolak dan diterima sehungga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Komunikasi (X1) dan variabel Lingkungan Kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y). This study aims to determine whether communication and work environment has an influence on employee performance and to find out the combination of communication and work environment has an influence on employee performance. The population used in this study were all employees of Public Corporation. Perumnas Regional 1 Medan, amounting to 81 employees. This study used a sample of 67 respondents, using proportional stratified random sampling as a sampling technique. Hypothesis testing in this study uses statistical model analysis which consists of validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression, F test, t test, and coefficient of determination (R2) using SPSS 20.0 software (Statistic Product and Services Solution) for windows. Research data sourced from primary data and data collection processes and using interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that there was a relationship between the independent variables namely communication and work environment on the dependent variable, namely employee performance. Communication variable obtained t value is acount table (4.071> 1.997) with a significance level of 0.000 <0.05 and for work environment variables obtained t value> ttable (2.901> 1.997) with a significance level of 0.005 <0.05 so that communication can be concluded Significantly positive effect on employee performance at the Perum.Perumnas Regional 1 Medan and F test obtained fcount> ftabel (99.187> 3.14), with the hypothesis rejected and accepted so it can be concluded that the Communication variable (X1) and the Work Environment variable (X2) simultaneously affect Employee Performance (Y). | en_US |
