Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Bagian Produksi Pengolahan Ptpn Iii Rantauprapat

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Bagian Produksi Pengolahan PTPN III Rantauprapat baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah adanya pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Bagian Produksi Pengolahan PTPN III Rantauprapat. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 119 orang bagian Produksi Pengolahan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Total Sampling. Metode pengambilan data adalah skala likert motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Secara pasial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. The results of this study are: Partially there is a significant influence between work motivation on employee performance. Partially there is a significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance. And simultaneously there is a significant influence between Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. Based on the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis is accepted.
