dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Bagian Produksi Pengolahan PTPN III Rantauprapat baik secara parsial maupun simultan. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah adanya pengaruh motivasi kerja dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Bagian Produksi Pengolahan PTPN III Rantauprapat. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 119 orang bagian Produksi Pengolahan. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan Total Sampling. Metode pengambilan data adalah skala likert motivasi kerja, disiplin kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: Secara parsial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Motivasi Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Secara pasial terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Dan secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara Motivasi Kerja dan Disiplin Kerja terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of employees of the Processing Production Division of PTPN III Rantauprapat either partially or simultaneously. The hypothesis proposed is the influence of work motivation and work discipline on the performance of the employees of the Processing Production Division of PTPN III Rantauprapat. The number of samples used in this study were 119 people from the Processing Production section. Sampling technique using Total Sampling. The data collection method is a Likert scale of work motivation, work discipline, and employee performance. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis model. The results of this study are: Partially there is a significant influence between work motivation on employee performance. Partially there is a significant influence between Work Discipline on Employee Performance. And simultaneously there is a significant influence between Work Motivation and Work Discipline on Employee Performance. Based on the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis is accepted.en_US
