Abstract: Berdasarkan hasil analisis faktor-faktor loyalitas karyawan di PT. Universal Steel didapatkan kontribusi faktorKeterbukaan pengaruhnyaterhadap Loyalitas karyawan sebesar 2,545 atau 19,28%,kontribusi faktor Hubungan erat pengaruhnyaterhadap loyalitas karyawan sebesar 2,498 atau 18.9%,faktor Hormat Kekaryawan terhadap Loyalitas karyawan sebesar 2,487 atau 18,84%,faktor saling pengertian pengaruhnya terhadap loyalitas karyawan sebesar 2,468 atau 18,7%,faktor berempati kekaryawan pengaruhnya terhadap loyalitas karyawan sebesar 2,214atau 16,77%,faktor rekreasi pengaruhnya terhadap loyalitas karyawan sebesar 0,48 atau 7,45%. Based on the results of the analysis of employee loyalty factors at PT. Universal Steel found the contribution of the Openness factor its influence on Employee loyalty is 2,545 or 19.28%, contributing factor Close relationship the effect on employee loyalty is 2.498 or 18.9%, respect factor Employee loyalty to employee loyalty is 2,487 or 18.84%, mutual factors understanding of its effect on employee loyalty of 2,468 or 18.7%, employee empathy factor influences employee loyalty amounted to 2,214 or 16.77%, recreational factors influence on loyalty employees by 0.48 or 7.45%.
