Abstract: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melihat hubungan antara self-efficacy dengan komunikasi interpersonal pada Guru di Pesantren Darul Arafah. Pendekatan penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian korelasi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru di Pesantren Darul Arafah sebanyak 61 orang. Untuk menentukan jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling, yaitu keseluruhan dari populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian yang berjumlah 60 orang. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala self-efficacy dan skala komunikasi interpersonal. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan antara self-efficacy dengan komunikasi interpersonal dimana rxy = 0,571 dengan signifikan p = 0,000 < 0,05. Artinya semakin tinggi self-efficacy maka semakin tinggi pula kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal Guru. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah self-efficacy maka semakin rendah pula kemampuan komunikasi interpersonal Guru. Berdasarkan hasil ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. Selanjutnya penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa self-efficacy berdistribusi sebesar 32,6% terhadap komunikasi interpersonal. Hal ini dilihat dari koefisien determinan (r2) = 0,326. The purpose of this study was to look at the correlation between self-efficacy and interpersonal communication in Teachers at Pesantren Darul Arafah. The research approach used is a quantitative approach with a type of correlation research. The population in this study is a Teacher in Pesantren Darul Arafah as many as 61 people. To determine the number of samples in this study using the technique of total sampling, which is the entire population of 60 people. Data retrieval is done using the self-efficacy scale and the interpersonal communication scale. Based on the results of the data analysis showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between self-efficacy and interpersonal communication where rxy = 0.571 with a significant p = 0.000 < 0.05. This means that the higher self-efficacy, the higher the teacher's interpersonal communication skills. Conversely, the lower self-efficacy, the lower the teacher's interpersonal communication skills. Based on these results, the proposed hypothesis is declared acceptable. Furthermore, this study proved that self-efficacy contributed 32.6% to interpersonal communication. This is seen from the determinant coefficient (r2) = 0.326.
