dc.description.abstract | Listrik adalah energi yang paling sering digunakan manusia dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Seiring dengan perkembangan zaman dan meningkatnya populasi, maka kebutuhan energi listrik juga meningkat. Namun Persediaan energi tenaga listrik yang terbatas maka mengakibatkan krisis energi tenaga listrik di daerah daerah terpencil. Negara Indonesia sangat berpotensi untuk membangun pembangkit listrik yang menggunakan sumber energi air dikarenakan di wilayah Negara Indonesia masih banyak sumber energi air yang melimpah. Untuk itu maka dilakukanlah penelitian yang berjudul Pembangkit listrik tenaga mikro hidro (PLTMH) turbin whirlpool skala prototype. Dalam skripsi ini dijelaskan perancangan dan langkah merancang Pembangkit listrik tenaga mikro hidro (PLTMH) turbin whirlpool skala prototype dan hasilnya kemudian akan di evaluasi. Dalam memilih komponen dan material perancangan ini, Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah model preskripsi. Proses perancangan terdiri dari beberapa fase , yaitu identifikasi kebutuhan, analisis masalah dan spesifikasi produk, perancangan produk, evaluasi hasil rancangan, dan penyusunan dokumen berupa gambar gambar produk hasil rancangan. Perancangan Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Mikro Hidro (PLTMH) Turbin whirlpool Skala Prototype ini dirancang menggunakan software Autocad 2016. Material yang digunakan adalah besi siku L50 dengan ketebalan 3 mm, besi plat hitam baja dengan ketebalan 3 mm dan menggunakan pipa 4 inch dengan ketebalan 2,5 mm. Dimensi yang dirancang berukuran 2000 mm x 530 mm x 540 mm. Electricity is the energy most often used by humans in everyday life. Along with the times and the increasing population, the need for electrical energy has also increased. However, limited electricity supply resulted in an electric energy crisis in remote areas. The State of Indonesia has the potential to build power plants that use water energy sources because in the territory of the Country of Indonesia there are still many abundant sources of water energy. For this reason, a study entitled Micro hydro power plant whirlpool turbine prototype scale . In this thesis explained the design and steps of designing a micro hydro power plant whirlpool turbine prototype scale and the results will then be evaluated. In choosing the components and materials of this design, the method used in this research is the prescription model. The design process consists of several phases, namely identification of needs, analysis of problems and product specifications, product design, evaluation of design results, and preparation of documents in the form of drawings of product designs. The design of the Micro Hydro Power Plant Whirlpool Prototype Scale turbine is designed using Autocad 2016 software. The material used is L50 elbow iron with a thickness of 3 mm, steel black plate iron with a thickness of 3 mm and using a 4 inch pipe with a thickness of 2.5 mm. The designed dimension measures 2000 mm x 530 mm x 540 mm. | en_US |
