Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara Perceived Organizational Support (POS) dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) pada tenaga kesehatan di Puskesmas Tigapanah. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah tenaga kesehatan, yang berjumlah 51 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan ialah Purposive Sampling. Pengambilan data dilakukan menggunakan dua variabel yang kemudian menjadi dua skala yakni POS dan OCB. Tipe penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif korelasional dengan analisa data juga secara statistika. Analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi product moment Pearson yaitu koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,551 dengan P = 0,000 < 0,050, artinya terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara Perceived Organizational Support (POS) dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) tenaga kesehatan yang menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik POS, maka semakin tinggi OCB. Sebaliknya semakin buruk POS, maka semakin rendah OCB tenaga kesehatan. Adapun koefisien determinan dari korelasi tersebut sebesar r2 = 0,303. POS memberikan sumbangan terhadap OCB sebesar 30,3%. Hasil penelitian ini, sesuai antara hipotesis dengan hasil penelitian di lapangan. Maka hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out using two variables which then became two scales, namely POS and OCB. The type of research used in this study is quantitative correlation with data analysis as well as statistically. Data analysis used Pearson's product moment correlation technique, which is a correlation coefficient of 0.551 with P = 0.000 < 0.050, meaning that there is a positive and significant correlation between Perceived Organizational Support (POS) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of health workers which shows the better POS, then OCB of health workers become higher. On the other hand, the worse POS, then OCB of health workers become lower. The determinant coefficient of the correlation is r2 = 0.303. POS contributed 30.3% to OCB. The results of this study, according to the hypothesis with the results of research in the field. Then the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted
