dc.description.abstractBerdasarkan hasil-hasil yang telah diperoleh dalam penelitian ini, maka dapat disimpulkan hal-hal sebagai berikut: 1. Hipotesis penelitian ini diterima, hasil penelitian rmenunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), Semakin baik motivasi kerja maka semakin tinggi perilakuOrganizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), sebaliknya semakin buruk motivasi kerja maka semakin rendah pula perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) 2. Hipotesis penelitian ini diterima, hasil penelitian juga meunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara kepemimpinan transformasional dengan perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Semakin baik kepemimpinan transformasional maka semakin tinggi perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), sebaliknya semakin buruk kepemimpinan transformasional maka semakin rendah pula perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). 3. Hipotesis penelitian diterima, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional dengan perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCD).Semakin baik motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan iransformasional maka semakin tinggi perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), sebaliknya semakin buruk motivasi kerja dan kepemimpinan transformasional maka semakin rendah pula perilaku Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Based on the results obtained in this study, it can be concluded as follows: 1. This research hypothesis is accepted, the results of the study show that there is a positive and significant relationship between work motivation and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The better the work motivation, the higher the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). as well as Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) 2. This research hypothesis is accepted, the results also show that there is a positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The better the transformational leadership, the higher the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), conversely, the worse the transformational leadership, the lower the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). 3. The research hypothesis is accepted, the results show that together there is a positive and significant relationship between work motivation and transformational leadership with Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCD). OCB), on the other hand, the worse the work motivation and transformational leadership, the lower the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB).en_US
