dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara disiplin kerja dengan produktivitas kerja karyawan pemilih kopi di PT. Opal Coffee Indonesia Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan pemilih kopi sebanyak 35 orang, dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling yakni pengambilan sampel dimana jumlah sampel sama dengan populasi. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan dua skala Likert, yaitu skala disiplin kerja dan skala produktivitas kerja. Uji analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi (rxy) diperoleh hasilsebesar 0,516 dengan signifikan p = 0,001 < 0,05. Artinya hipotesis yang diajukan diterima yaitu terdapat hubungan positif dan signifikan antara disiplin kerja dengan produktivitas kerja. Secara umum penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat disiplin kerja yang tinggi dimana mean hipotetiknya 82,5, lebih kecil dari nilai mean empirik yang didapat adalah 106.89, dan selisihnya melebihi satu SD (13.756). Selain itu karyawan pemilih kopi PT. Opal Coffee Indonesia Medan juga memiliki keproduktivitas kerja yang juga tergolong cukup produktif, dimana target rata-rata 47227, lebih kecil dari target perusahaan 52650. Adapun koefisien determinasi dari korelasi tersebut sebesar r2 = 0,266 artinya disiplin kerja memberikan sumbangan efektif terhadap produktivitas kerja sebesar 26,6%. This study aims to see the relationship between work discipline and work productivity of employees who choose coffee at PT. Opal Coffee Indonesia Medan. The sample in this study were 35 employees who chose coffee, with the sampling technique using total sampling, namely sampling where the number of samples was the same as the population. Data were collected using two Likert scales, namely the scale of work discipline and the scale of work productivity. Test data analysis using the correlation technique (rxy) obtained results of 0.516 with a significant p = 0.001 <0.05. This means that the proposed hypothesis is accepted, namely that there is a positive and significant relationship between work discipline and work productivity. In general, this study proves that there is a high work discipline where the hypothetical mean is 82.5, which is smaller than the empirical mean value obtained is 106.89, and the difference exceeds one SD (13,756). In addition, employees who choose coffee PT. Opal Coffee Indonesia Medan also has high work productivity, where the average target is 47277,14, smaller than the company average target 52650. The coefficient of determination of the correlation is r2 = 0.266, meaning that work discipline contributes effective against work productivity of 26.6%.en_US
