dc.description.abstractTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan lingkungan kerja non fisik dengan Employee Engagement pada karyawan parking business PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 33 orang dan sampel sebanyak 33 orang, peneliti menggunakan teknik total sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara lingkungan kerja non fisik dengan Employee Engagement dilihat dari nilai koefisien (Rxy) yang memiliki nilai 0.850 dengan p atau signifikansinya 0.000 < 0.050, artinya hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan positif dan signifikan lingkungan kerja non fisik dengan Employee Engagement diterima. Begitu juga dengan nilai koefisien diterminan (R2) yang memiliki nilai 0.722, hal ini setara dengan 72.2%, artinya adalah bahwa lingkungan kerja non fisik pada perusahaan tersebut berkontribusi sebesar 72.2% terhadap Employee Engagement pada karyawan parking business PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi. Lingkungan kerja non fisik dan Employee Engagement pada karyawan parking business tergolong tinggi, disebabkan oleh nilai mean empiric lebih besar dari nilai mean hipotetik. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between non-physical work environment and Employee Engagement on employees of the parking business of PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi. This research method using quantitative methods. The population of this study was 33 people and a sample of 33 people. Researchers used a total sampling technique. The results showed that there was a significant positive relationship between the non-physical work environment and Employee Engagement seen from the coefficient (Rxy) which has a value of 0.850 with p or a significance of 0.000 <0.050, meaning that the hypothesis states that there is a positive and significant relationship between non-physical work environments. with Employee Engagement accepted. Likewise with the coefficient value reflected (R2) which has a value of 0.722, this is equivalent to 72.2%, meaning that the non-physical work environment at the company contributes 72.2% to Employee Engagement at the parking business employees of PT. Angkasa Pura Solusi. The non-physical work environment and Employee Engagement of the parking business employees are classified as high, because the mean empiric value is greater than the hypothetical mean value.en_US
