dc.description.abstractTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh dari Persepsi Kualitas dan Sikap Konsumen terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone Vivo di JT Cellular Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian asosiatif, dimana variabel diukur dengan skala likert. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan daftar pertanyaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pelanggan yang membeli smartphone Vivo di JT Cellular Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai yang berjumlah 124 orang selama tiga bulan penelitian, penarikan sampel dengan metode sampling jenuh. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan 95 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS versi 21, dengan analisis deskriptif dan pengujian hipotesis analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Secara parsial variabel Persepsi Kualitas mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone Vivo di JT Cellular Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. (2) Secara parsial variabel Sikap Konsumen mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone Vivo di JT Cellular Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. (3) Secara simultan terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara variabel Sikap Konsumen mempengaruhi Keputusan Pembelian Smartphone Vivo di JT Cellular Kabupaten Serdang Bedagai. The purpose of this study was to find out how the influence of Perceived Quality and Consumer Attitudes on Vivo Smartphone Purchase Decisions at JT Cellular, Serdang Bedagai Regency. This type of research is associative research, where the variables are measured using a Likert scale. Methods of data collection is done by interview and a list of questions. The population in this study were all customers who bought Vivo smartphones at JT Cellular, Serdang Bedagai Regency, totaling 124 people during the three months of the study, sampling with the saturated sampling method. In this study, the sample used was 95 people. Data processing using SPSS version 21, with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that: (1) Partially, the Perceived Quality variable affects the Vivo Smartphone Purchase Decision at JT Cellular, Serdang Bedagai Regency. (2) Partially, the Consumer Attitude variable affects the Vivo Smartphone Purchase Decision at JT Cellular, Serdang Bedagai Regency. (3) Simultaneously there is a positive and significant influence between the variables of Consumer Attitude affecting the Vivo Smartphone Purchase Decision at JT Cellular, Serdang Bedagai Regency.en_US
