dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk melihat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian perkantoran PTPN III Rantauprapat. Hipotesis yang diajukan yaitu adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan bagian perkantoran PTPN III Rantauprapat baik secara simultan ataupun secara parsial. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 105 orang dari populasi 105 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan menggunakan total sampling. Metode pengambilan data yaitu skala likert gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja, dan kinerja karyawan. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis linier regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu: Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan secara parsial. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Maka, berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian ini hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. This research was conducted to see the effect of transformational leadership style and job satisfaction on the performance of employees in the office of PTPN III Rantauprapat. The proposed hypothesis is the influence of transformational leadership style and job satisfaction on the performance of employees at the PTPN III Rantauprapat office, either simultaneously or partially. The sample in this study amounted to 105 people from a population of 105 people. The sampling technique is by using total sampling. The data collection method is the Likert scale of transformational leadership style, job satisfaction, and employee performance. Data analysis using multiple regression linear analysis model. The results of this study are: There is a significant effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance partially. There is a significant effect of job satisfaction on employee performance partially. There is a simultaneous significant effect of transformational leadership style and job satisfaction on employee performance. So, based on the results of this study, the proposed hypothesis is accepted.en_US
