dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dinamika penerimaan diri orangtua yang memiliki anak autism spectrum disorder. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan fenomenologi. Responden sebanyak dua orang wanita yang berusia 45 dan 38 tahun, memiliki anak dengan diagnosis Autism Spectrum Disorder dan melakukan terapi di Home Autis Center. Analisa data menggunakan tehnik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Pada ibu LW faktor yang sangan mempengaruhi penerimaan diri yaitu faktor Harapan yang realistis, Sikap sosial yang positif, Pengaruh keberhasilan, dan Konsep diri yang stabil dan pada ibu I faktor yang sangan mempengaruhi penerimaan diri yaitu Pengaruh keberhasilan. Aspek peneimaan diri yang sangat mempengaruhi ibu LW, yaitu Sikap terhadap kelemahan dan kekuatan diri sendiri dan orang lain, Keseimbangan antara “real self” dan “ideal self”, Aspek moral penerimaan diri dan Sikap terhadap penerimaan diri dan ibu I sangat mempengaruhi pada aspek Perasaan infeoritas dan Respon atas penolakan dan kritikan. Berdasarkan tahapantahapan penerimaan diri diantaranya: penolakan, marah, tawar-menawar, depresi dan penerimaan. Pada ibu LW saat ini berada tahapan penerimaan diri dimana ibu LW sudah dapat menerima kondisi anaknya yang didiagnosis PDD-Nos, hal ini di ketahui dari dukungan yang diberikan ibu LW terhadap anaknya sudah optimal dalam menjaga pola diet, memperkenalkan anak dengan lingkungan luar dan mengulang instruksi yang diberikan Terapis ketika dirumah dan pada ibu I berada pada tahapan tawar-menawar, dimana ibu I tidak optimal dalam memberikan dukungan kepada anaknya, seperti tidak konsisten dalam menjaga pola, memiliki perasaan malu ketika membawa anaknya ke lingkungan, dan memberikan hukuman fisik terhadap anaknya. This study aims to determine the dynamics of self-acceptance of parents who have children with autism spectrum disorders. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological approach. Respondents were two women, aged 45 and 38 years, who had children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder and underwent therapy at Home Autism Center. Data analysis used interview, observation and documentation techniques. Mrs. LW the factors that influence self-acceptance are realistic expectations, positive social attitudes, because of success, and stable self-concept, Mrs. I the factors that influence self-acceptance are success. Aspects of self-acceptance that greatly affect Mrs. LW, namely Attitudes towards the weaknesses and strengths of oneself and others, The balance between "real self" and "ideal self", Moral aspects of self-acceptance and Attitudes towards self-acceptance, Mrs. I greatly affect aspects of self-acceptance. Feelings of inferiority and response to and criticism. Based on the stages of selfacceptance including: accepting, angry, bargaining, depression and acceptance. Mrs. LW are currently at the stage of self-acceptance where Mrs. LW can accept the condition diagnosed with PDD-Nos, this is known from the support given by Mrs. LW to their children that is optimal in maintaining diet patterns, introducing children to the outside environment and the instructions given The therapist at home, Mrs. I were at a bargaining stage, where Mrs. I was not optimal in providing support to her child, such as inconsistent in maintaining patterns, having feelings of shame when bringing her child into the environment, and giving physical punishment to her child. | en_US |
