dc.description.abstractEmployee engagement adalah keterikatan Karyawan secara fisik, emosional, kognitif ditempat kerja, agar karyawan memiliki perasaan loyalitas untuk memajukan perusahaan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan positif antara kepuasan kerja dengan employee engagement pada karyawan. Hipotesis penelitian ini terdapat hubungan postif antara kepuasan kerja dengan employee engagement pada karyawan. Subjek penelitian berjumlah 50 orang karyawan lapangan CV. Nuansa Samudera Belawan dan pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kepuasan kerja dan employee engagement. Metode analisis penelitian ini menggunakan metode korelasi product moment dari Karl Pearson. Dari hasil analisis hipotesis diterima sebesar rxy 0.591 : p = 0.000 < 0.050. Artinya semakin tinggi kepuasan kerja makan semakin baik pula employee engagement karyawan lapangan CV. Nuansa Samudera Belawan dan sebaliknya. Kontribusi kepuasan kerja terhadapa employee engagement sebesar 34,9% atau r2 0,349. Employee engagement is the attachment of employees physically, emotionally, cognitively at work, so that employees have a feeling pf loyalty to the advance the company. The purpose of this study was to determine the positive relationship between job satisfaction and employee engagement. The hypothesis of this research is that there is a postive relationship between job satisfaction and employee engagement. The research subjects are 50 field employees CV. Nuansa Samudera Belawan and sampling using purposive sampling techinuqe. The data collection method uses a scale of job satisfaction and employee engagement. The analytical method of this research uses the product moment correlation method from Karl Pearson. From the results of the analysis of the accepted hypothesis of r 0.591 : p = 0.000 < 0.50. This means that the higher the job satisfaction, the better the employee engagement of field employees CV. Nuansa Samudera Belawan. The contribution of job satisfaction to employee engagement is 34,9 % or 0,349.en_US
