Abstract: Perkembangan handphone pada setiap tahunnya selalu mengalami peningkatan. Handphone merek samsung merupakan handphone terlaris pada tahun 2018-2019. Banyak masyarakat yang menggunakan handphone merek samsung. Suatu produk dapat terus bertahan menjadi produk terlaris disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor. Secara teori, semakin sadarnya konsumen akan suatu merek, dapat memberikan penilaian yang baik terhadap suatu merek, dan memberikan persepsi kualitas yang baik juga sangat mempengaruhi dalam keputusan pembelian konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kesadaran Merek, dan Persepsi Kualitas terhadap Keputusan Pembelian Handphone samsung di Central Cellular Medan. penelitian ini berjenis asosiatif dengan populasi sebanyak 990 orang. Dan menentukan sampel dengan menggunakan rumus slovin dan didapat hasil 91 responden. Data responden yang diambil menggunakan kuesioner dengan menggunakan teknis non probability sampling. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian menyatakan bahwa Kesadaran Merek dan Persepsi Kualitas memiliki pengaruh terhadap Keputusan Pembelian. Kesadaran Merek berpengaruh Signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 49,8%. Persepsi Kualitas berpengaruh Signifikan terhadap Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 23,0%. dan Bersama-sama Kesadaran Merek, Persepsi Kualitas berpengaruh Signifikan Terhadap Keputusan Pembelian sebesar 31,6%. The development of mobile phone every year always get increases. Samsung Brand mobile phone are the best selling phones in 2018 – 2019. Many people using mobile phone brand Samsung. A product can continue be the best selling product due to various factors. In theory, the more conscious the customer to the brand, it will give a good value assessment of the brand. And give the best Perceived Quality it will give affect to Purhace decision. The purpose of this study is to know the influence of brand awareness, and perceived quality and purhace decision of samsung mobile phone at Central Cellular Medan. This research is a asosiative study with a population of 990 people. And determine the sampels using slovin formula and get the result is were 91 respondents. Data was collected through questionnaires using method non probability sampling. Based on the test results stated that brand awareness and perceived quality have an influence on purhacing decision. The result of this research are Brand Awareness significantly effect to purhacing decision by 49,8%. Perceived Quality significantly effect to Purhacing decision by 23,0%. And together Brand Awareness, Perceived Quality significantly effect to purhacing decision by 31,6%.
