dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah sikap dan norma subjektif mempunyai pengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen rumah makan berkah zam- zam Jl.Dr.Mansyur Kota Medan) Populasi yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah pelanggan rumah makan berkah zam-zam kota medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel sebanyak 96 responden, dengan menggunakan purposive sampling sebagai teknik pengambilannya dengan beberapa kriteria responden yang telah ditentukan. Pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis model statistik yang terdiri dari uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, regresi liniear berganda, uji F, uji t, dan koefisien determinasi (R2 ) dengan menggunakan software SPSS 25 (Statistic Product and Services Solution) for windows. Data penelitian bersumber dari data primer dan proses pengumpulan data dan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara variabel independen yaitu sikap dan norma subjektif terhadap variabel dependen yaitu minat beli konsumen. Variabel sikap diperoleh nilai t adalah thitung > ttabel (7,322 > 1,985) dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,000 < 0,05 dan untuk variabel norma subjektif diperoleh nilai thitung > ttabel (3,369 > 1,985) dengan tingkat signifikasi 0,001 < 0,05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan sikap dan norma subjektif berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen pada rumah makan berkah zam-zam. Dan uji F diperoleh nilai fhitung > ftabel (85,344 > 2,36), dengan hipotesis diterima sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel sikap (X1) dan variabel norma subjektif (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat beli konsumen (Y). This study aims to determine whether attitudes and subjective norms have an influence on consumer buying interest in the berkah zam-zam restaurant Dr. Mansyur Street Medan City. The population used in this study is the customer of Berkah Zam-Zam Restaurant Medan City.This study used a sample of 96 respondents, using purposive sampling as a sampling technique with several predetermined respondent criteria. Hypothesis testing in this study uses statistical model analysis consisting of validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression, F test, T test, and coefficient of determination (R2) using SPSS 25 software (Statistical Product and Services Solution). for windows. Research data sourced from primary data and the process of collecting data and using a questionnaire. The results showed that there was a relationship between the independent variables, namely attitudes and subjective norms on the dependent variable, namely consumer buying interest. attitude variable, the t value obtained is tcount > ttable (7,322 > 1,985) with a significance level of 0,000 < 0,05 and for the subjective norm variable, the t value is tcount > ttable (3,369 > 1,985) with a significance level of 0,001 < 0,05 so that it can be concluded attitude and subjective norms have a significant positive effect on consumer purchase interest at berkah zam-zam restaurant. And the F test obtained the value of fcount > ftable (85,344 > 2,36), with the hypothesis accepted so that it can be concluded that the attitude variable (X1) and the subjective norm variable (X2) simultaneously affect consumer buying interest (Y). | en_US |
