Abstract: | Okra adalah sayuran yang berasal dari Ethiopia dan Asia Selatan. Okra memiliki banyak manfaat bagi kesehatan sehingga memiliki harga jual yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui respon pemberian pupuk hayati Bioneensis dan pupuk organik cair (POC) limbah cair pabrik kelapa sawit terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman okra merah (Abelmoschus esculentus L. Moench). Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 2 ulangan. Faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor, Faktor 1 adalah pupuk hayati Bioneensis yang terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu B0 : Tanpa pemberian pupuk hayati Bioneensis, B1 : Pemberian pupuk hayati Bioneensis 100 g/plot (625 kg/ha), B2 : Pemberian pupuk hayati Bioneensis 200 g/plot (1,25 ton/ha) dan B3 : Pemberian pupuk hayati Bioneensis 300 g/plot (1,87 ton/ha). Faktor 2 adalah pupuk organik cair (POC) limbah cair pabrik kelapa sawit yang terdiri dari 4 taraf, yaitu P0 : Tanpa pemberian POC limbah cair pabrik kelapa sawit, P1 : Pemberian POC limbah cair pabrik kelapa sawit 100 ml/l air, P2 : Pemberian POC limbah cair pabrik kelapa sawit 200 ml/l air dan P3 : Pemberian POC limbah cair pabrik kelapa sawit 300 ml/l air. Parameter yang diamati pada penelitian ini adalah tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, diameter batang, jumlah buah per tanaman sampel, jumlah buah per plot, berat segar buah per tanaman sampel dan berat segar buah per plot. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pupuk hayati Bioneensis memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata terhadap parameter pengamatan produksi tanaman okra, dimana dosis terbaik yaitu pada perlakuan B2 (1,25 ton/ha). Perlakuan pupuk organik cair (POC) limbah cair pabrik kelapa sawit memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata terhadap bobot buah per plot, dimana konsentrasi terbaik yaitu pada perlakuan P2 (200 ml/l air). Kombinasi perlakuan pupuk hayati Bioneensis dengan pupuk organik cair (POC) limbah cair pabrik kelapa sawit tidak memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun dan diameter batang, sedangkan untuk parameter pengamatan produksi yaitu jumlah buah per tanaman sampel, jumlah buah per plot, berat segar buah per tanaman sampel dan berat segar buah per plot) memberikan pengaruh yang berbeda nyata. Kombinasi perlakuan terbaik yaitu B3P2. Okra is a vegetable that is native to Ethiopia and South Asia. Okra has many health benefits so it has a high selling price. This study aims to determine the response of the application of biofertilizer Bioneensis and liquid organic fertilizer from palm oil mill wastewater to the growth and production of red okra (Abelmoschus esculentus L. Moench). This study used a Randomized Block Design (RBD) with 2 replications. Factorial which consists of 2 factors, Factor 1 is biofertilizer Bioneensis which consists of 4 levels, namely B0 : Without application of biofertilizer Bioneensis, B1 : Application of biofertilizer Bioneensis 100 g/plot (625 kg/ha), B2 : Application of biofertilizer Bioneensis 200 g/plot (1.25 tons/ha) and B3 : Application of biofertilizer Bioneensis 300 g/plot (1.87 tons/ha). Factor 2 is liquid organic fertilizer of palm oil mill effluent which consists of 4 levels, namely P0 : Without giving liquid organic fertilizer of palm oil mill effluent, P1 : Giving liquid organic fertilizer of palm oil mill effluent 100 ml/l , P2 : Giving liquid organic fertilizer of palm oil mill effluent 200 ml/l and P3 : Provision of liquid organic fertilizer of palm oil mill effluent of 300 ml/l. Parameters observed in this study were plant height, number of leaves, stem diameter, number of fruit per plant sample, number of fruit per plot, fresh weight of fruit per plant sampled and fresh weight of fruit per plot. The results showed that the treatment of biofertilizer Bionensis gave a significantly different effect on the parameters of the observation of okra plant production, where the best dose was treatment B2 (1.25 tons/ha). Treatment of liquid organic fertilizer of palm oil mill effluent gave a significantly different effect on fruit weight per plot, where the best concentration was P2 (200 ml/l water). The combination of treatment with biofertilizer Bionensis with liquid organic fertilizer of palm oil mill effluent did not significantly affect plant height, number of leaves and stem diameter, while for production observation parameters, namely the number of fruit per plant sample, number of fruit per plot, fresh fruit weight per sample plant and fruit fresh weight per plot) gave significantly different effects. The best treatment combination is B3P2. |
