Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi dukungan organisasi dengan employee engagement pada pegawai PT. Simtorex Mandiri Expres Medan. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT. Simtorex Mandiri Expres Medan. Dalam penelitian ini sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 53 orang dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan metode skala Likert dengan menggunakan skala Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi menurut Rhoades dan Eisenberger (2002) yaitu keadilan, dukungan atasan, penghargaan organisasi dan kondisi pekerjaan. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan skala Employee Engagement menurut Schaufeli dan Bakker (2004) yaitu adalah vigor, dedication dan absorption. Hasil analisis menunjukkan koefisien reliabilitas Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi 0.883 dan Employee Engagement 0,876. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi r Product Moment (rxy = 0,893; p = 0,000 < 0,05. Dimana koefisien determinan yang diperoleh (r² = 0,797). Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin tinggi Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, maka semakin tinggi Employee Engagement. Sebaliknya, semakin rendah Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi, maka semakin rendah juga Employee Engagement. Dimana Persepsi Dukungan Organisasi memberi kontribusi sebesar 79,7% terhadap Employee Engagement. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang telah diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima. Selain itu, pegawai di PT. Simtorex Mandiri Expres Medan memiliki persepsi dukungan organisasi dan employee engagement yang tergolong tinggi dapat terlihat dari mean empiric (100,15) > dari mean hipotetik (80) pada persepsi dukungan organisasi dan mean empiric (89,79) > dari mean hipotetik (77,9) pada employee engagement. The research aims to find out the correlation between perceived organizational support with employee engagement the employee in PT. Simtorex Mandiri Expres Medan. In this research, the subject were employee in PT. Simtorex Mandiri Expres Medan. Total Sampling technique was used to determine the sample of this research and were used 53 people. This research was arranged based on the Likert scale method using the scale of perceived organizational support according to Rhoades and Eisenberger (2002), the aspects which are fairness, supervisor support, organizational rewards and job conditions. This research also uses the Employe Engagement scale according to Schaufeli and Bakker (2004), the aspects which are vigor, dedication and absorption. The analysis showed the reliability coefficient of Perceived Organizational Support 0,883 and Employee Engagement 0,876. Analysis of the data uses the correlation r Product Moment (rxy = 0,893; p = 0,000 < 0,05. Where the determinant coefficient (r² = 0,797). This shows that the higher the Perceived Organizational Support, the higher the Employee Engagement. Conversely, the lower the Perceived Organizational Support The lower the Employee Engagement, the Organizational Support contributed 79,7% of the Employee Engagement, so that the research hypothesis proposed in this research was accepted. In addition, employee of PT. Simtorex Mandiri Expres Medan have perceived organizational support and employee engagement that is classified as high which can be seen from the empirical mean (100,15) > hypothetical mean (80) on perceived organizational support and the empirical mean (89,79) > hypothetical mean (77,9) on employee engagement.
