dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan motivasi kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) pada karyawan PT Anugrah Karya Prima Medan. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah adanya hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara motivasi kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap OCB pada karyawna PT Anugrah Karya Prima Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 62 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan menggunakan total sampling. Metode pengambilan data adalah skala motivasi kerja, pengembangan karir, dan OCB. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : 1. Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja terhadap OCB pada karyawan PT Anugrah Karya Prima Medan dengan nilai X1 – Y = 0,636 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dan hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima dengan hubungan yang kuat . 2. Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan pengembangan karir terhadap OCB pada karyawan PT Anugrah Karya Prima Medan dengan nilai X2 – Y = 0,634 dengan nilai sig. 0,000 < 0,05 dan hipotesis yang diajukan diterima dengan hubungan yang kuat. 3. Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan motivasi kerja dan pengembangan karir terhadap OCB. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai X1X2 – Y = 0,729 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. Total sumbangan efektif dari kedua variabel bebas (motivasi kerja dan pengembangan karir) terhadap OCB adalah sebesar 53,1%. This research aims to determine the correlation between work motivation and career development on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in employees of PT Anugrah Karya Prima Medan. The hypothesis proposed is that there is a positive and significant correlation between work motivation and career development on OCB in PT Anugrah Karya Prima Medan employees. The population in this research amounted to 62 people. Sampling technique is to use total sampling. Data collection methods are work motivation, career development, and OCB scales. Data analysis using multiple regression analysis model. The results of this research are: 1. There is a positive and significant correlation between work motivation and OCB in employees of PT Anugrah Karya Prima Medan with the coefficient value of X1 – Y = 0.636 with a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 and the proposed hypothesis is accepted with a strong correlation. 2. There is a positive and significant correlation between career development and OCB for employees of PT Anugrah Karya Prima Medan with the value of X2 – Y = 0.634 with a sig value. 0.000 < 0.05 and the proposed hypothesis is accepted with a strong correlation. 3. There is a positive and significant correlation between work motivation and career development on OCB. This is indicated by the value of X1X2 – Y = 0.729 with p = 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the results of this research, the proposed hypothesis is accepted. The total effective contribution of the two independent variables (work motivation and career development) to OCB is 53.1%. | en_US |
