Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior di Sekolah Santo Nicholas Medan. Hipotesis yang diajukan ada hubungan positif antara komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior pada pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan Sekolah Santo Nicholas Medan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 40 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Analisa data menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian 1. Ada hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai x1-y sebesar 0.554 dengan nilai sig. 0.000 < 0.05 dan dinyatakan Ha diterima dengan hubungan yang sedang. 2. Ada hubungan positif yang signifikan antara budaya organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai x2-y sebesar 0.535 dengan nilai sig.0.000 < 0.05 dan dinyatakan Ha diterima dengan hubungan yang sedang. 3. Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Hal ini ditunjukan x1x2-y = 0.628 dengan nilai sig. 0.000 < 0.05 dan dinyatakan Ha diterima dengan hubungan yang kuat. Total sumbangan efektif dari kedua variabel bebas (komitmen organisasi dan budaya organisasi) dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior adalah sebesar 36,7% dan dinyatakan rendah. The aim of this research is to determine the correlation between organizational commitment and organizational culture with Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Santo Nicholas School Medan. The hypotheses propose that there is a positive and significant correlation between organizational commitment and organizational culture with Organizational Citizenship Behavior on educators and education staff at the Santo Nicholas School Medan. The population in this research are 40 people. The sampling technique is total sampling. Data analysis is using multiple regression analysis. Research results are: 1. There is a significant correlation between organizational commitment and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This is indicated by the coefficient value x1-y is 0.554 with the value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and Ha statement is accepted with correlation is enough. 2. There is a significant correlation between organizational culture and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This is indicated by the coefficient value x2-y is 0.535 with the value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and Ha statement is accepted with correlation is enough. 3. There is a significant correlation between organizational commitment and organizational culture with Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This is indicated by the value of coefficient x1x2-y is 0.628 with a value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05 and the Ha statement is accepted with correlation is strong. The total effective contribution of organizational commitment and organizational culture with Organizational Citizenship Behavior is 36.7% and it stated to be low.
