Basically this research aims to find out and analyse the relationship between the working environment with the workload on employees of PT. Bolt Home Indonesia. As for the number of samples in this research as many as 50 employees of PT. Bolt Home Indonesia. Sampelnya retrieval using purposive sampling technique. With the hypothesis: there is a negative relationship between the working environment with the workload. It is assumed that the better work environment then it will lower the workload experienced by employees or otherwise bad working environment then it would increase the workload on employees. The working environment in this study revealed based on Aspect which affects the working environment according to,2011), namely: Analysis of structure of work, responsibility, caring, cooperation between groups, and Smooth communication. Study on the workload is measured based on the workload according to the aspect aspect Munandar (in Tambunan, 2013): Quantitative Overload too little Load, quantitative, and Quantitative Overload. Based on this research data analysis shows that: there is a relationship between negative work environment with the workload, where rxy = 0.502-with significant p = 0.000 < 0.050. This means that the hypothesis put forward the better work environment then the workload of the lower declared admissible. Determinant of the coefficients (r2) of the relationship between the free variables bound variable X by Y is r2 = 0.252. This shows that the working environment contribute to the workload of 25.2%.en_US
