Abstract: Tanaman pakcoy dapat tumbuh baik di dataran rendah maupun dataran tinggi. Tanaman pakcoy bila ditinjau dari aspek ekonomis dan bisnisnya layak untuk dikembangkan atau diusahakan guna memenuhi permintaan konsumen yang semakin lama semakin meningkat. Disamping itu, umur panen pakcoy relatif pendek yakni 30-35 hari setelah tanam dan hasilnya memberikan keuntungan yang memadai. Tujuan dari penelitian ini Mengetahui kombinasi terbaik pada pemberian fungi mikoriza arbuskular (FMA) dan kompos kotoran sapi terhadap tanaman packcoy (Brassica rapa L). Penelitian dilakukan dikomplek TNI Angkatan Laut Barakuda Tj. Mulia Hilir Kecamatan Medan Deli. Ketinggian tempat terletak pada ketinggian 20 meter diatas permukaan laut (dpl). Penelitian dilaksanakan pada bulan Januari sampai dengan Maret 2021. Penelitian ini dirancang dengan menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok. Faktor pertama menggunakan FMA yang di uji dari taraf perlakuan yakni M0; M1; M2; M3. Berturut-turut adalah kontrol (tanpa FMA); FMA 10 g/plot (setara 100 kg/ha) ); FMA 20 g/plot (setara 200 kg/ha) ); FMA 30 g/plot (setara 300 kg/ha). kompos kotoran sapi yang terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan yakni S0; S1; S2; S3 berturut-turut adalah kontrol (tanpa kompos kotoran sapi); pemberian kompos kotoran sapi 1 kg/m² (setara 10 ton/ha); pemberian kompos kotoran sapi 2 kg/m² (setara 20 ton/ha); pemberian kompos kotoran sapi kg/m² (setara 30 ton/ha). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan pada pengamatan tinggi tanaman pakcoy terhadap pemberian fungi mikoriza arbuskular berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman pakcoy pada umur 4 MST dan bobot pertanaman (g) sampel. Perlakuan yang terbaik S3 (3kg/ m²). Packcoy plants can grow both in the lowlands and highlands. Pakcoy plants when viewed from the economic and business aspect are feasible to to be developed or cultivated in order to meet consumer demands which are increasingly increasing. In addition, the harvest age of pakcoy is relatively short, which is 30-35 day after planting and the result provide adequate profits. Purpose of this study aims to determine the best combinatian of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) and Cow Dung Compost on pakcoy pants (Brassica rapa L). The reseach was conducted at the Indonesian Navy’s Barracuda Tanjung Mulia Hilir, Medan Deli District. The altitude of 20 meters above sea level (asl). The reseach was conducted from January to March 2021. This study was designed using a randomized block design. The first factor used arbuskular mycorrhizal fungi wich were from the treatment level, namely M0; M1; M2; M. In a row are control (without AMF); AMF 10 g/plot (equivalent to 100kg/ha) ; AMF 20 g/plot (equivalent to 200 kg/ha) ; AMF 30 g/plot (equivalent to 300 kg/ha). cow manure compost consisting of 4 level of treatment, namely S0; S1; S2; S3 consecutively are control (without cow manure compost); giving cow manure compost 1 kg/ m² (equivalent to 10 tons/ha); giving cow manure compost 2 kg/ m² (equivalent to 20 tons/ha); giving cow manure compost 3 kg/ m² (equivalent to 30 tons/ha). The result showed that the observation of pakcoy plant heigt on arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi had a very significant effect on pakcoy plant height at 4 weeks after planting and plant weight (g) sample. Best treatment S3 (3kg/ m²).
