Analisis Faktor- Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Volume Ekspor Kopi Biji (Green Bean) Melalui Balai Besar Karantina Pertanian Belawan

Abstract

Indonesia adalah negara produsen kopi keempat terbesar didunia setelah Brazil, Vietnam dan Colombia. Kopi yang merupakan komoditas penting dari subsektor perkebunan yang diekspor melalui pelabuhan Belawan ke berbagai negara di belahan dunia. Berdasarkan data Balai Besar Karantina Pertanian Belawan, terjadi fluktuasi volume ekspor. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis faktor – faktor yang mempengaruhi volume ekspor kopi biji melalui Balai Besar Karantina Pertanian Belawan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan jenis data sekunder yang diperoleh peneliti dari IQFAST (Indonesian Quarantine Full Automation System) Balai Besar Karantina Pertanian Belawan untuk data volume ekspor kopi (Y), data dari Dinas Perkebunan Sumatera Utara, Dinas Pertanian dan Perkebunan Aceh dan Data Badan Pusat Statistik untuk data produksi kopi dalam negeri ( ), data harga dalam negeri diambil dari beberapa perusahaan kopi , website ICO (International Coffee Organization) untuk harga internasional kopi , website Bank Indonesia untuk data kurs nominal ( ). Metode yang digunakan adalah model regresi linear berganda. Hasil regresi menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variabel independent berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap fakor dependen (Y). Produksi kopi dalam negeri berpengaruh positif sedangkan harga kopi dalam negeri, harga kopi internasional dan kurs berpengaruh negatif terhadap volume ekspor kopi biji melalui Balai Besar Karantina Pertanian Belawan. Coffee, which is an important commodity from the plantation sub-sector, is exported through the port of Belawan to various countries around the world. Based on data from the Belawan Agricultural Quarantine Center, there were fluctuations in export volume. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that affect the volume of coffee bean exports through the Belawan Agricultural Quarantine Center. The study was conducted using secondary data obtained by researchers from IQFAST (Indonesian Quarantine Full Automation System) Belawan Agricultural Quarantine Center for coffee export volume data (Y), data from the North Sumatra Plantation Service, Aceh Agriculture and Plantation Service and Central Statistics Agency data. for domestic coffee production data, domestic price data are taken from several coffee companies ( ), ICO website (International Coffee Organization) for international coffee prices, Bank Indonesia website for nominal exchange rate data. The method used is multiple linear regression model. The regression results show that all independent variables have a significant effect on the dependent factor (Y). Domestic coffee production has a positive effect, while domestic coffee prices, international coffee prices and exchange rates have a negative effect on the volume of coffee beans exports through the Belawan Agricultural Quarantine Center.
