dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan Faktor-faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Beban Kerja Karyawan PT. Tanjung Timberindo Industri. Adapun populasi adalah 89 Orang Karyawan Bagian Produksi. Adapun teknik yang dipakai peneliti yaitu teknik total sampling. Menurut Soleman (2011), Faktor yang mempengaruhi beban kerja yaitu: Motivasi, Kepuasan, Organisasi kerja, Lingkungan kerja. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah instrumen yang berupa skala psikologi yang mengacu pada skala Likert, Berdasarkan hasil analisis descriptive faktor-faktor beban kerja didapatkan bahwa hasil berdasarkan analisis diketahui bahwa konstribusi yang terbesar adalah faktor Kepuasan Kerja dengan nilai sebesar 0.915 dan persentase sebesar 78,50%. Disusul dengan faktor Organisasi kerja dengan nilai sebesar 0.906 dengan nilai persentase sebesar 90,60% kemudian faktor yang mempengaruhi beban kerja selanjutnya adalah lingkungan kerja dengan nilai 0.843 dan nilai persentase sebesar 81,30%, serta yang terkecil adalah Motivasi kerja dengan nilai 0.785 dengan nilai persentase 78,50%. This study aims to describe the factors that influence the workload of employees of PT. Tanjung Timberindo Industry. The population is 89 employees of the production division. The technique used by the researcher is the total sampling technique. According to Soleman (2011), the factors that affect the workload are: Motivation, Satisfaction, Work Organization, Work Environment. The data collection method in this study is an instrument in the form of a psychological scale that refers to a Likert scale. Based on the results of descriptive analysis of workload factors, it is found that the results based on the analysis are known that the biggest contribution is the Job Satisfaction factor with a value of 0.915 and a percentage of 78, 50%. Followed by the work organization factor with a value of 0.906 with a percentage value of 90.60% then the factors that affect the next workload are the work environment with a value of 0.843 and a percentage value of 81.30%, and the smallest is work motivation with a value of 0.785 with a value of percentage 78.50%. | en_US |
