Hubungan Konsep Diri dengan Komunikasi Interpersonal Guru pada Pembelajaran Jarak Jauh di Perguruan SMP Al-Wasliyah Ampera II Medan Helvetia

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan Konsep Diri dengan Komunikasi Interpersonal guru pada pembelajaran jarak jauh Di Perguruan SMP Al-Washliyah Ampera II Medan Helvetia. Komunikasi Interpersonal adalah adanya dua orang atau lebih yang saling bertukar informasi dan Konsep Diri merupakan cara individu memandang atau melakukan penelitian terhadap dirinya sendiri. Dalam penelitian ini, membatasi masalah pada pembahasan tentang hubungan antara Komunikasi Interpersonal dengan Konsep Diri pada guru SMP Al-Washliyah Ampera II. Berdasarkan teori yang telah digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan positif antara Konsep Diri denganKomunikasi Interpersonal. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 41 guru SMP Al-Washliyah Ampera II. Penyebaran skala Komunikasi Interpersonal dengan Konsep Diri menggunakan Skala Likert. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisis korelasi product moment. Berdasarkan perhitungan menunjukkan Koefisien Korelasi 𝑟!" = 0,693 dengan P = (0,001 < 0,05). Sumbangan efektif yang diberikan Komunikasi Interpersonal sebesar Koefisien 𝑟# = 48,1%. Artinya semakin positif konsep diri maka semakin tinggi komunikasi interpersonal yang dilakukan. Hasil ini menunjukkan hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima, yaitu ada hubungan antara Komunikasi Interpersonal dengan Konsep Diri. The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between self-concept and interpersonal communication of teachers in distance learning method at SMP (Junior High School) Al-Washliyah Ampera II in Medan Helvetia. Interpersonal communication is the existence of two or more people who exchange information and self-concept is the way individuals view or do the research on themselves. In this study, making boundaries or limiting the problem to the discussion of the correlation between Interpersonal Communication and Self-Concept teachers in SMP Al-Washliyah Ampera II. Based on the theory used in this study that there is a positive correlation between self concept and interpersonal communication. This research is using a quantitative method. The sampling technique uses total sampling with a sample 41 teacher at SMP (Junior High School) Al Washliyah Ampera II. The spread of the Interpersonal Communication scale with Self-Concept using a Likert Scale. Analysis of the data using product moment correlation, Based on the calculation shows the correlation coefficient rxy = 0,693 with p = (0.001 < 0.05). The effective contribution given by Interpersonal Communication by coefficient 𝑟# = 48.1%. which mean the positive it is self concept then getting higher interpersonal communication to do. Based on the results of this research, the hypothesis is accepted. Namely that there is a correlation between Interpersonal Communication and Self-Concept.
