Perbedaan Motivasi Kerja Antara Guru SD Dan Guru SMP Perguruan Al-Washliyah Ampera II Medan Helvetia

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perbedaan Motivasi Kerja Antara Guru SD Dan Guru SMP Perguruan Al-Washliyah Ampera II Medan Helvetia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif komparasi dengan subjek 52 guru SD dan 41 guru SMP. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode skala Likert. Metode skala yang digunakan yaitu Motivasi Kerja yang terdiri dari sepuluh Aspek-aspek motivasi kerja yaitu daya tahan tekanan, kepercayaan diri, tanggung jawab, mutu pekerjaan meningkat tiap hari, inisiatif, mempunyai sifat agresif, mematuhi jam kerja, kreatif, imajinasi tinggi, kedisplinan. Dari hasil uji validitas dan reliabilitas diperoleh hasil yaitu pada angket motivasi kerja sebanyak 42 item dan terdapat 2 item yang gugur. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian di uji prasyaratan terlebih dahulu dengan uji normalitas dan homogenitas kemudian di uji coba analisis 1 jalur. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji asusmsi analisis 1 jalur, berdasarkan analisis data, melalui perhitungan analisis 1 jalur dengan melihat nilai koefisien perbedaan memiliki signifikansi 0,025 < 0,050, ini berarti nilai signifikansi yang diperoleh lebih kecil dari 0,050. Dengan demikian maka hipotesis yang berbunyi ada perbedaan motivasi kerja antara guru SD dan guru SMP dinyatakan diterima dan kategorisasi motivasi kerja guru sd dan guru smp dikatakan tinggi karena nilai hipotetik < nilai rata-rata empiric dengan nilai empiric guru SD 132,832 dan nilai empiric guru SMP 131,188. The purpose of this research is see the different work motivation between elementary teachers and junior high school Al-wasliyah Ampera II Medan Helvetia institution. This research is quantitative comparison with subjects 52 elementary teachers and 41 junior high school teacher. This sampel is taking with total sampling methode. The methode is methode skala likert. This methode have 10 factors: responsibilities, opportunity to advance, achivment, confession, that job, administration, employee status, sallary, interpersonal relationship, working conditions. From the results of the validity and reliability test, the results of the work motivation questionnaire were 42 items and there were 2 items that fell out. The data obtained from the study were tested with prerequisites first with normality and homogeneity tests and then tested with one-way analysis. Data analysis method is One Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov, based on data analysis, count on one-way analysis is see the koefision point, the different point is 0.025 < 0.050. It means signification point is smaller then 0,050. Therefore hypothesis that there's the different work motivation between elementary school teachers and junior high school teachers is accepted and it is known that the categorization of the work motivation of elementary school and junior high school teachers is calculated by calculating the empirical value with the mortgage value and paying attention to the elementary school value. It can be concluded that the categorization of the work motivation of elementary and the categorization of work motivation of elementary school teachers and junior high school teachers is said to be high because the hypothetical value is smaller than the average empirical value with the empirical value of elementary school teachers 132.832 and the empirical value of junior high school teachers being 131.188.
