Hubungan Efikasi Diri dan Dukungan Keluarga dengan Kecerdasan Adversitas Pada Pegawai Wanita Yang Telah Menikah Di Politeknik Pariwisata Medan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan efikasi diri dan dukungan keluarga dengan kecerdasan adversitas pada pegawai wanita yang telah menikah di Politeknik Pariwisata Medan. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah adanya hubungan efikasi diri dan dukungan keliuarga dengan kecerdasan adversitas pada pegawai wanita yang telah menikah di Politeknik Pariwisata Medan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 43 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah dengan menggunakan total sampling. Metode pengambilan data adalah skala likert efikasi diri, dukungan keluarga, dan kecerdasan adversitas. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis linier regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini adalah : 1. Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan efikasi diri dengan kecerdasan adversitas. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi (Rx1-Y) = 0,740 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis pertama yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. 2. Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan dukungan keluarga dengan kecerdasan adversitas. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi (Rx2-Y) = 0,668 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis kedua yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. 3. Terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan efikasi diri dan dukungan keluarga dengan kecerdasan adversitas. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan koefisien korelasi (Rx1.x2-Y) = 0,759 dengan p = 0,000 < 0,05. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka hipotesis ketiga yang diajukan dinyatakan diterima. Diketahui bahwa subjek penelitian ini yaitu pegawai wanita yang telah menikah di Politeknik Pariwsiata Medan, memiliki efikasi diri tergolong tinggi, dukungan keluarga tergolong tinggi, dan kecerdasan adversitas yang tergolong tinggi. This study aims to determine The Correlation between Self Efficacy and Family Support with Adversity Quotient for Married Female Employees of the Medan Tourism Polytechnic. The hypothesis proposed is there is a correlation between Self Efficacy and Family Support with Adversity Quotient for Married Female Employees of the Medan Tourism Polytechnic. The sample in this study amounted 43 respondents. The sampling technique using total sampling. The data collection method is a Likert scale of self efficacy, family support, and adversity quotient. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis models. The results of this study are: 1. There is a positive and significant correlation between self efficacy and adversity quotient. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient (Rx1-Y) = 0.740 with p = 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of this study, the first proposed hypothesis was declared accepted. 2. There is a positive and significant correlation between family support with adversity quotient. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient (Rx2-Y) = 0.668 with p = 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of this study, the second proposed hypothesis was declared accepted 3. There is a positive and significant correlation between self efficacy and family support with adversity quotient. This is indicated by the correlation coefficient (Rx1.x2-Y) = 0.759 with p = 0.000 <0.05. Based on the results of this study, the third proposed hypothesis was declared accepted. It is known that the subjects of this study, Married Female Employees of the Medan Tourism Polytechnic have high self efficacy, high family support and high adversity quotient.
