Abstract: Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Net Profit Margin, Rasio Pasar, dan Financial Distress terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan Manufaktur di BEI Sub Sektor Farmasi periode 2015-2020. Jenis data pada penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari laporan keuangan tahunan periode 2015-2020 pada perusahaan manufaktur di BEI sub sektor farmasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunaka teknik purposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel berdasarkan kriteria tertentu sehingga diperoleh lima perusahaan yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Pengolahan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan Eviews 10. Hasil uji pada penelitian ini menunjukkan hubungan yang positif dan signifikan antara net profit margin (NPM) terhadap harga saham, dan financial distress terhadap harga saham, sedangkan earning per share (EPS) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. This study was conducted to determine the effect of net profit margin, market ratio and financial distress on stock prices of manufacturing companies in the pharmaceutical sub-sector for the 2015-2020 period. The type of data in this study is secondary data sourced from the annual report financial statements for the 2015-2020 period on manufacturing companies on the BEI of the pharmaceutical sub-sector. The sampling technique used purposive sampling based on certain criteria in order to obtain five companies as samples in this study. Processing data in this study uses Eviews 10. The partial test result in this study show a positive and significant relationship between net profit margin (NPM) on stock prices, and financial distress on stock prices, while earning per share (EPS) has no significant effect on stock prices.
