Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empirik hubungan antara Komitmen organisaisi dengan Nilai budaya organisasi pada karyawan PT. Bank Naional Indonesia Syariah Medan. Subjek penelitian adalah Nilai budaya organisasi karyawan PT. Bank Naional Indonesia Syariah Medan yang berjumlah 60 orang. Alat ukur yang digunakan adalah instrumen komitmen organisasi yang terdiri dari 25 item dan instrumen kepercayaan diri yang terdiri dari 25 item. Analisis data menggunakan teknik r Product Moment. Berdasarkan analisis data, diperoleh bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima, yaitu terdapat hubungan positif yang signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dengan nilai budaya organisasi. Artinya Semakin tinggi komitmen organisais maka nilai budaya organisasi pada karyawan semakin tinggi. Hal ini dibuktikan melalui perhitungan analisis r Product Moment dengan nilai atau koefisien (Rxy) = 0,996 dan koefisien determinan (R2) = 0,227 dengan p = 0.000 > 0,005. Koefisien determinan (R2) = 0,227 menunjukkan nilai budaya organisai dipengaruhi oleh komitmen organisasi sebesar 0,992%. Selanjutnya dilihat dari perhitungan mean hipotetik = 62,50 dan mean empirik 90,83 serta standart deviasi = 9.655 diketahui bahwa komitmen organisasi dalam kategori tinggi. Sedangkan nilai budaya organisasi dari perhitungan mean hipotetik = 62,50 dan mean empirik 90,92 serta standart deviasi = 9.414 diketahui bahwa nilai budaya organisasi dalam kategori tinggi. This study aims to determine empirically the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational culture values on employees of PT. National Bank of Indonesia Syariah Medan. The research subject is the value of the organizational culture of employees of PT. Bank Naional Indonesia Syariah Medan, totaling 60 people. The measuring instrument used is an organizational commitment instrument consisting of 25 items and a confidence instrument consisting of 25 items. Data analysis using r Product Moment technique. Based on data analysis, it was found that the hypothesis proposed in this study was accepted, namely that there was a significant positive relationship between organizational commitment and organizational culture values. This means that the higher the organizational commitment, the higher the value of organizational culture on employees. This is evidenced through the calculation of the Product Moment r analysis with a value or coefficient (Rxy) = 0.996 and the determinant coefficient (R2) = 0.227 with p = 0.000 > 0.005. The coefficient of determinant (R2) = 0.227 indicates the value of organizational culture is influenced by organizational commitment by 0.992%. Furthermore, judging from the calculation of the hypothetical mean = 62.50 and the empirical mean is 90.83 and the standard deviation = 9.655, it is known that organizational commitment is in the high category. While the value of organizational culture from the calculation of the hypothetical mean = 62.50 and the empirical mean is 90.92 and the standard deviation = 9.414, it is known that the value of organizational culture is in the high category.
