dc.description.abstract | Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin melihat: Pengaruh Stres Kerja Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kincrja Personil Satuan Reserse Kriminal Di Kepolisian Resort Kota Besar Medan. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah Ada Pengaruh Stres Kerja Dan Iklim Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Personil Satuan Reserse Kriminal Di Kepclisian Resort Kota Besar Medan.Penclitian dilakukan terhadap 71 personil Polri bagian Satuan Reserse Kriminal, dengan tehnik sampling adalah total sampling. Pengambilan data dengan metode dokumentasi berupa nilai kinerja personil yang didapatkan dari Ka urbin ops, dan metode skala yaitu skala Stres Kerja dan Skala Iklim Organisasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ; I).Terdapat pengaruh yang sangat signifikan antara stres kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja (koefisien Freg = 7.627 ; sig < 0,001). Ini menandakan bahwa semakin baik stres kerja dan semakin tinggi iklim organisasi maka semakin tinggi kinerja. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, maka dapat dinyatakan bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dalarn penclitian dinyatakan diterima. 2).Bobot sumbangan stres kerja dan iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja adalah sebesar 18,3%. Artinya kedua variabel (stres kerja dan iklim organisasi) memberikan kontribusi sebesar 18,3% terhadap tinggi rendahnya kinerja. Secara terpisah,stres kerja memberikan kontribusi sebesar 6,9% terhadap tinggi rendahnya kincrja, sementara iklim organisasi memberikan kontribusi sebesar 12,1% terhadap tinggi rendahnya kinerja. Berarti masih terdapat 81,7% pengaruh dari variabel lain terhadap kinerja, 3).Subjek penelitian ini dinyatakan memiliki stres kerja yang rendah,sebab nilai rata-rata empirik (66,591) < nilai rata-rata hipotetik (85). selisihnya melebihi SD (10,813). Selain itu subjek penelitian ini memiliki iklim organisasi yang tinggi,scbab nilai rata-rata empirik (98,816) > nilai rata-rata hipotetik (82,5), selisihnya melebihi SD (13,610). Selanjutnya dalam hal kinerja, dengan mengacu pada norma kinerja yang ditetapkan dengan mean empirik sebesar 41,440 dupat dinyatakan bahwa kinerja anggota Satreskrim Polrestabes tergolong baik. The purpose of this research is to look at: the influence ofOrganizational Climate And work stress on performance of personnel In units of the Criminal Police Reserse Resort City of Great terrain. The hypothesis put forward is There Influence Organizational Climate And work stress on performance ofpersonnel In units of the Criminal Police Reserse Resort City of Great terrain. Research carried out against Police personnel are part of the 71 Units Reserse criminal, with the total sampling is a sampling technique. Data retrieval meshod documentation in the form of personnel performance value obtained from Ka urbin ops, and methods ofthe scale i.e, the scale ofwork stress and scale Climate Organization. The results showed;1).There is a very significant influence between work stress and climate organization on performance (coefficient = Freg 7,627: sig < 0.001). Based on the results of this study, it can be stated that the hypothesis presented in this research were declared admissible. Based on the resulis ofthis study. if can be stated that the hypothesis put forward in the study expressed welcome. 2). Weighting donations work stress and climate organization on performance was of 18.3%. This means that these two variables (work stress and climate organizations) contributing 18.3% against high oflow performance. Separately, work stress contributes to a high of 6.9% against the low performance, while the organizational climale contributes to a high of 12.1% against the low performance.
