Abstract: Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana analisis kinerja guru honorer di SD Negeri 094124 Dusun Pengkolan dan apa saja faktor pendukung dan penghambat kinerja guru honorer di SD Negeri 094124 Dusun Pengkolan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui analisis kinerja guru honorer di SD Negeri 094124 Dusun Pengkolan dan mengetahui faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat kinerja guru di SD Negeri 094124 Dusun Pengkolan. Jenis penelitian dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di SD Negeri 094124 Dusun Pengkolan yang berada di Desa Adil Makmur Kabupaten Simalungun. Subjek penelitian dalam penelitian ini meliputi Kepala Sekolah, Bendahara Sekolah dan terkhusus para guru-guru honorer yang mengajar di SD Negeri 094124 Dusun Pengkolan. Sumber data yakni meliputi sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan meliputi kegiatan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknis analisis data yang digunakan yakni reduksi data, penyajian data dan terakhir penarikan kesimpulan. Teori dalam penelitian menggunakan dua teori. Yang pertama Teori dari A Tabrani Rusyan, C. W. (2000:17) mengenai faktor-faktor pendukung dan penghambat kinerja guru yang meliputi Gaji, Kepemimpinan, Kedisiplinan, Etos kerja guru, Motivasi kerja gusu, Tugas dan tanggung jawab guru, Sarana dan Prasarana serta Lingkungan kerja guru. dan menggunakan Teori dari Suparmin (2011) tentang aspek-aspek kinerja guru yang meliputi Aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, Aspek pelaksanaan kegiatan dan Aspek evaluasi pembelajaran. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja guru dalam aspek pembelajaran guru yang meliputi; aspek perencanaan pembelajaran, aspek pelaksanaan kegiatan dan juga aspek evaluasi pembelajaran sudah berjalan dengan baik. Di sisi lain dalam faktor pendukung di SD Negeri 094124 Dusun Pengkolan meliput; kedisiplinan, etos kinerja guru, motivasi kinerja guru, tugas dan tanggung jawab guru serta lingkungan kinerja guru cukup mendukung. Namun ada beberapa faktor yang menjadi penghambat kinerja antara lain; kepemimpinan, sarana dan prasarana juga gaji. The formulation of the problem in this study is how to analyze the performance of honorary teachers at SD Negeri 094124 Dusun Pengkolan and what are the supporting and inhibiting factors for the performance of honorary teachers at SD Negeri 094124 Dusun Pengkolan. This study aims to determine the analysis of the performance of honorary teachers at SD Negeri 094124 Dusun Pengkolan and to find out the factors supporting and inhibiting teacher performance at SD Negeri 094124 Dusun Pengkolan. The type of research in this study is to use the type of qualitative research. The location of the research was carried out at SD Negeri 094124 Dusun Pengkolan which is located in Adil Makmur Village, Simalungun Regency. The research subjects in this study included the Principal, School Treasurer and especially honorary teachers who teach at SD Negeri 094124 Dusun Pengkolan. Data sources include primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and finally drawing conclusions. The theory in this research uses two theories. The first is the theory from A Tabrani Rusyan, C. W. 2000: 17) regarding the supporting and inhibiting factors of teacher performance which include salary, leadership, discipline, teacher work ethic, teacher work motivation, teacher duties and responsibilities, facilities and infrastructure and the teacher's work environment. and using the theory from Suparmin (2011) regarding aspects of teacher performance which include aspects of learning planning, aspects of implementing activities and aspects of learning evaluation. The results of the study indicate that the teacher's performance in the aspects of teacher learning which includes; aspects of learning planning, aspects of implementing activities and also aspects of learning evaluation have gone well. On the other hand, the supporting factors at SD Negeri 094124 Dusun Pengkolan include; discipline, teacher performance ethos, teacher performance motivation, teacher duties and responsibilities and the teacher's performance environment is quite supportive. However, there are several factors that hinder performance, including; leadership, facilities and infrastructure as well as salary.
