dc.description.abstractPenelitian menggunakan metode survey dengan menggunakan data primer dan skunder. Penelitian dilaksanakan selama 3 (tiga) bulan, mulai bulan Maret 2016 s.d. bulan Mei tahun 2016. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengusaha industri tahu dan tempe yang tersebar di kecamatan sampel di Kota Padang Sidempuan.Kota Padang Sidempuan terdiri dari 6 kecamatan yang kesemuanya dijadikan lokasi penelitian. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan yaitu mclode Full Sampling (sampel jenuh) yaitu proses pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan dengan sengaja dimana karena jumlah populasi kecil maka semua populasi dijadikan sampel penelitian. Sampel dari pengusaha tempe sebanyak 35 orang pengusaha sedang sampel dari pengusaha tahu sebanyak 34 orang. Metodc analisis data menggunakan analisis pcndapatan. analisis finansial kelayakan usaha, analisis sensitivitas, analisis pemasaran. Hasil penelitian:Terdapat peningkatan hiaya produksi sebesar Rp. 1.395.428,57 perbulan, rata-rata biaya produksi usaha tempe sebelum kenaikkan harga kedelai di dacrah penelitian yaitu sebesar Rp. 24,139.794,49 perbulan dan rata-rata biaya produksi usaha tempe setelah kenaikkan harga kedelai di dacrah penelitian yaitu sebesar Rp. 26.670.228.32 perbulan. Terdapat peningkatan biaya produksi sebesar Rp. 2.530,433.82 perbulan. Terdapat penurunan pendapatan usaha iahu di daerah penelitian sebesar Rp. 1.395.428,57 perbulan (14%) akibat kenaikkan harga kedelai. Terdapat penurunan pendapatan usaha tempe di daerah penelitian sebesar Rp. 791,371,33 perbulan (7,43%) akibat kenaikkan harga kedelai. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada industri tahu sebelum terjadinya kenaikkan harga kedelai dari sisi nilai NPV, nilai R/C ratio dan nilai IRR industri tahu di daerah penelitian layak dan menguntungkan untuk diusahakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada industri tempe sebelum terjadinya kenaikkan harga kedelai dari sisi nilai NPV, nilai R/C ratio dan nilai IRR dapat disimpulkan dari sisi IRR industri tempe di daerah penelitian layak dan menguntungkan untuk diusahakan. Analisis sensitivitas menunjukka usaha tahu dan tempe dapat bertahan pada kenaikkan biaya produksi 36% dan 37% atau penurunan penerimaan 36% dan 37%. Pemasaran tahu dan tempe di Kota Padang Sidempuan sangat efisien. The study used surveymethod using primary and secondary data. The study was conducted over three (3) months, starting from March 2016 s.d in May2016. The population in this studywas the tofu and lempe industryentrepreneurs spread on the sample districis in the cityofPadang Sidempuan. City of Padang Sidempuan consists ofsix sub-districts ofwhich were used as a research location. The sampling method used was the method Full Sampling (sample saturated), ie the sampling process was done intentionally because the population was small. Samples from the lempe entrepreneurs were 35 employers and sampled from tofu nemployers was 34 people. Methods ofdata analysis were using revenue analysis, financial feasibilityanalysis, sensitivityanalysis, marketing analysis. RESULTS: There was an increase in the production cost of Rp. 1,395,428.57 per month, the average cost of production oftempe businesses before the increase in soybean prices in the area ofresearch that was Rp. 24.139,794.49 per month and the average cost ofproduction oftempe after the increase in soybean prices was Rp. 26,670,228.32 per month. There was an increase in the production cost of Rp. 2,530,433.82 per month There was a decrease in operating revenues in the studyarea i.e Rp. 1,395,428.57 per month (14%) due to the increase in soybean prices. There was a decrease in operating income in the study area ie Rp. 791.371.33 per manth (7.43%) due to the increase in soybean prices. The results showed that the tofu industry prior to the increase in soybean prices in terms ofNPV, the value ofR/C' ratio and IRR oftofu industry were feasible and profitable in the research areas to he developed. The sensitivity analysis showing any effort tempe and tofu moisture acould can over the increase in production costs of36% and 37% decrease.
