Abstract: Salah satu tanaman yang dipercaya dapat dijadikan tanaman obat adalah serai wangi (Cymbopogon nardus (L.) Rendle) tumbuhan ini ditanam di pekarangan yang biasanya digunakan sebagai tanaman obat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui aplikasi Monosodium glutamate dan aplikasi POC biourine sapi. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor, yaitu : aplikasi Monosodium glutamate dan Aplikasi aplikasi POC biourine sapi. Aplikasi Monosodium glutamate terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan, yaitu: M0 = Kontrol (Tanpa Monosodium glutamate), M1 = Monosodium glutamate dengan 3 g/tanaman, M2 = Monosodium glutamate dengan 6 g/tanaman, dan M3 = Monosodium glutamate dengan 9 g/tanaman. Aplikasi POC biourine sapi yang terdiri dari 4 taraf yaitu: U0 = Kontrol (Tanpa pemberian biourine sapi), U1 = Biourine sapi dengan konsentrasi 200 ml/liter, U2 = Biourine sapi dengan konsentrasi 400 ml/liter dan U3 = Biourine sapi dengan konsentrasi 600 ml/liter. Variabel pengamatan meliputi : tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah anakan, dan jumlah daun (helai). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan aplikasi Monosodium glutamate dan aplikasi POC Biourine Sapi berpengaruh nyata pada pertumbuhan tanaman serei wangi (Citrona agribun). One of the plants that is believed to be used as a medicinal plant is citronella (Cymbopogon nardus (L.) Rendle) this plant is planted in the yard which is usually used as a medicinal plant. This study aims to determine the application of Monosodium glutamate and the application of POC in bovine biourine. This research method uses a factorial randomized block design (RAK) consisting of 2 factors, namely: application of Monosodium glutamate and application of bovine biourine POC. Monosodium glutamate application consisted of 4 treatment levels, namely: M0 = Control (Without Monosodium glutamate), M1 = Monosodium glutamate with 3 g/plant, M2 = Monosodium glutamate with 6 g/plant, and M3 = Monosodium glutamate with 9 g/plant. Application of bovine biourine POC consisting of 4 levels, namely: U0 = Control (Without cow biourine), U1 = Cow biourine with a concentration of 200 ml/liter, U2 = Cow biourine with a concentration of 400 ml/liter and U3 = Cow biourine with a concentration of 600 ml/liter. Observation variables included: plant height (cm), number of tillers, and number of leaves (strands). The results showed that the application of Monosodium glutamate and the application of POC Biourine to Cattle had a significant effect on the growth of citronella (Citrona agribun) plants.
