Respon Pertumbuhan Bayam Hijau (Amarathus Spp.) Dengan Konsentrasi Dan Interval Waktu Pemberian Ekstrak Lasiodiploida Theobromae

Abstract

Bayam cabut (A. tricolor L.) merupakan salah satu jenis bayam yang dibudidayakan dan dikonsumsi masyarakat luas. Bayam merupakan sayuran daun sumber gizi bagi penduduk di negara berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian ekstrak Lasiodiploida theobromae dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda dan pengaruh pemberian ekstrak Lasiodiploida theobromae dengan interval waktu pemberian. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktorial yang terdiri dari 2 faktor, yaitu : Pemberian Ekstrak Lasiodiploida theobromae dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda dan pemberian ekstrak Lasiodiploida theobromae dengan interval waktu pemberian. Pemberian Ekstrak Lasiodiploida theobromae dengan Konsentrasi yang Berbeda terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan, yaitu: L0 = Kontrol (Tanpa Ekstrak Lasiodiploida theobromae), L1 = Ekstrak Lasiodiploida theobromae 100 ppm, L2 = Ekstrak Lasiodiploida theobromae 200 ppm, dan L3 = Ekstrak Lasiodiploida theobromae 300 ppm. Pemberian Ekstrak Lasiodiploida theobromae dengan interval waktu pemberian yang terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu: T1 = Ekstrak Lasiodiploida theobromae 100 ppm interval waktu 2 hari sekali, T2 = Ekstrak Lasiodiploida theobromae 200 ppm interval waktu 4 hari sekali, dan T3 = Ekstrak Lasiodiploida theobromae 300 ppm interval waktu 6 hari sekali. Variabel pengamatan meliputi : tinggi tanaman (cm), jumlah daun (helai), dan diameter batang (cm). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan Pemberian Ekstrak Lasiodiploida theobromae dengan konsentrasi yang berbeda dan pemberian ekstrak Lasiodiploida theobromae dengan interval waktu pemberian berpengaruh nyata pada pertumbuhan bayam hijau. Pulled spinach (A. tricolor L.) is one type of spinach that is cultivated and consumed by the wider community. Spinach is a leaf vegetable as a source of nutrition for people in developing countries. This study aims to determine the effect of giving Lasiodiploida theobromae extract with different concentrations and the effect of giving Lasiodiploida theobromae extract with the time interval of administration. This research method used a factorial randomized block design (RAK) which consisted of 2 factors, namely: administration of Lasiodiploida theobromae extract with different concentrations and administration of Lasiodiploida theobromae extract at intervals of administration. Giving Lasiodiploida theobromae Extract with Different Concentrations consisted of 4 treatment levels, namely: L0 = Control (Without Lasiodiploida theobromae Extract), L1 = Lasiodiploida theobromae Extract 100 ppm, L2 = Lasiodiploida theobromae Extract 200 ppm, and L3 = Lasiodiploida theobromae Extract 300 ppm. Administration of Lasiodiploida theobromae Extract with intervals of administration consisting of 3 levels, namely: T1 = Lasiodiploida theobromae Extract 100 ppm at 2-day intervals, T2 = Lasiodiploida theobromae extract 200 ppm at 4-day intervals, and T3 = Lasiodiploida theobromae extract at 300 ppm intervals every 6 days. Variables include: plant height (cm), number of leaves (strands), and stem diameter (cm). The results showed that the administration of Lasiodiploida theobromae extract and the application of the Lasiodiploida theobromae extract using time intervals had a significant effect on the growth of green spinach.
