Analisis Harga Pembelian Tbs Kelapa Sawit yang Ditetapkan Oleh Pemerintah Untuk Petani Rakyat di Kabupaten Deli Serdang Provinsi Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Penelitan ini bertujaun untuk mengidentifikasi posisi tawar, kesesuaian antara harga TBS yang ditetapkan oleh pemerintah berdasarkan Rumus Harga Pembelian dengan harga TBS yang diterima oleh petani rakyat, untuk mengidentifikasi penyebab harga TBS produksi petani rendah berdasarkan Rumus Harga Pembelian, Serta untuk mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang dihadapi petani rakyat dan solusinya dalam kaitannya dengan rendahnya harga TBS yang diterimanya. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan : ada beda antara harga TBS yang ditetapkan pemerintah berdasarkan Rumus Harga Permbelian dengan harga TBS yang diterima oleh petani rakyat. This research aims to identify bargaining positions, conformity between TBS prices set by the government based on the Purchase Price Formula with TBS prices received by smallholders, to identify the causes of low farmer TBS production prices based on the Purchase Price Formula, as well as to identify problems faced by smallholders and the solution in relation to the low TBS price it receives. From the results ofthe study concluded: there is a difference between the TBS price set by the government based on the Purchase Price Formula and the price ofTBS received by smallholders.
