dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan komitmen organisasi ditinjau dari masa kerja pada pegawai BBMKG Wilayah 1 Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini berjumlah 75 orang pegawai. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan teknik total sampling. Teknik pengambilan data dengan model skala likert melalui skala komitmen organisasi. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan analisis One Way Anova. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, diperoleh bahwa hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima, yaitu ada perbedaan komitmen organisasi ditinjau dari masa kerja. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan Komitmen Organisasi memiliki nilai atau koefisien nilai F = 3,801 dengan p = 0,041 < 0,050. Komitmen organisasi pada masa kerja dibawah 6 tahun tergolong tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata hipotetik 105 dan nilai rata-rata empirik 126,00 dengan SD 7,665. Komitmen organisasi pada masa kerja 6 sampai 10 tahun tergolong tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata hipotetik 105 dan nilai rata-rata empirik 125,43 dengan SD 6,969. Sedangkan komitmen organisasi pada masa kerja 10 tahun keatas tergolong tinggi dengan nilai rata-rata hipotetik 105 dan nilai rata-rata emprik 131,35 dengan SD 10,577. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada perbedaan komitmen organisasi pada masa kerja dibawah 6 tahun, masa kerja 6 sampai 10 tahun ataupun masa kerja diatas 10 tahun. Dimana tingkat komitmen organisasi pada masa kerja diatas 10 tahun lebih tinggi dibandingkan tingkat komitmen organisasi pada masa kerja dibawah 6 tahun dan masa kerja 6 sampai 10 tahun. This study aims to determine differences in organizational commitment in terms of years of service for employees of BBMKG Region 1 Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach method. The sample of this study amounted to 75 employees. Sampling technique with total sampling technique. Data collection technique with Likert scale model through organizational commitment scale. Data analysis in this study used One Way Anova analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it was found that the hypothesis proposed in this study was accepted, namely that there were differences in organizational commitment in terms of tenure. This is evidenced by Organizational Commitment having a value or coefficient of F = 3.801 with p = 0.041 < 0.050. Organizational commitment under 6 years of service is high with a hypothetical mean of 105 and an empirical average of 126.00 with an SD of 7,665. Organizational commitment for 6 to 10 years of service is high with a hypothetical mean of 105 and an empirical average of 125.43 with an SD of 6,969. Meanwhile, organizational commitment for a working period of 10 years and above is high with a hypothetical average value of 105 and an empirical average value of 131.35 with an SD of 10,577. Thus it can be concluded that there are differences in organizational commitment in terms of service under 6 years, working period of 6 to 10 years, and working period above 10 years. Where the level of organizational commitment for a working period of over 10 years is higher than the level of organizational commitment for a period of service under 6 years and a working period of 6 to 10 years. | en_US |
