Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empiris pengaruh pelatihan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja pada karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) unit pelaksana pelayanan pelanggan (UP3) Medan. Penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif metode eksperimen One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. Dengan subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Medan, sebanyak 60 karyawan. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan pretes-posttes dengan alat penilaian skala likert dengan bentuk kuesioner yang memiliki 2 bentuk pernyataan, yaitu pernyataan positif dan negatif, dokumentasi, Analisis data kuantitatif dengan menggunakan alat bantu program SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa antara rata-rata pretest dan posttest produktivitas kerja pada karyawan rata-rata data pretest sebesar 164,42 dan ratarata posttest sebesar 271,47 terdapat selisih sebesar 91,47, dimana rata-rata nilai posttest lebih tinggi dibandingkan nilai pretest. Hasil analisis One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test menunjukkan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Sesuai dengan kriteria jika nilai signifikan < 0,05 berarti bahwa Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan mengikuti pelatihan kerja dapat memiliki pengaruh terhadap hasil produktivitas kerja pada karyawan PT. PLN (Persero) Unit Pelaksana Pelayanan Pelanggan (UP3) Medan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa produktivitas kerja pada karyawan yang mengikuti pelatihan kerja lebih baik dari pada hasil produktivitas kerja pada karyawan yang tanpa mengikuti pelatihan kerja. This study aims to determine empirically the effect of job training on work productivity of employees of PT. PLN (Persero) implementing unit for customer service (UP3) Medan. The research used is quantitative experimental method One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The subjects in this study were all employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Medan, as many as 60 employees. The data collection method used pretest-posttest with a Likert scale assessment tool in the form of a questionnaire that has 2 forms of statements, namely positive and negative statements, documentation, quantitative data analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution) program tools. The results showed that between the average pretest and posttest work productivity of employees, the average pretest data was 164.42 and the posttest average was 271.47, there was a difference of 91.47, where the average posttest score was higher than the posttest score. pretest. The results of the One-Sample Kolmogorov-Smirnov Test analysis showed a significant value of 0.000 <0.05. In accordance with the criteria if the significant value <0.05 means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus it can be concluded that by participating in job training can have an influence on the results of work productivity on employees of PT. PLN (Persero) Customer Service Implementation Unit (UP3) Medan. Based on the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the work productivity of employees who take job training is better than the results of work productivity of employees who do not take job training. |
