dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui secara empirik untuk melihat Hubungan Antara Budaya Organisasi dengan Employee Engagement pada Karyawan di PT. JNE Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Medan. Hipotesis penelitian ini adalah ada hubungan positif antara Budaya Organisasi dengan Employee Engagement pada karyawan. Subjek penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. JNE Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Medan yang berjumlah 50 orang dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan Purposive Sampling. Metode pengumpulan data adalah skala yang terdiri dari skala Budaya Organisasi dan skala Employee Engagement. Metode analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik korelasi product moment dari karl pearson. Dari hasil analisis diketahui bahwa hipotesis penelitian diterima (𝑅𝑥𝑦= 0.817 dengan signifikan p = 0.000 < 0.05). Artinya semakin tinggi Budaya Organisasi maka semakin baik Employee Engagement pada karyawan di PT. JNE Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Medan, begitupun sebaliknya. Kontribusi budaya organisasi terhadap employee engagement sebesar 66.8% (𝑅2) = 0.668 sisanya (33.2%) dipengaruhi pleh faktor lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini. The purpose of this study is to empirically test and determine the relationship between Organizational Culture and Employee Engagement at PT. JNE Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Medan. The research hypothesis is that there is a positive relationship between Organizational Culture and employee engagement. The subjects of this study were employees of PT. JNE Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Medan, totaling 50 people and sampling was carried out using the Purposive Sampling technique. The data collection method is a scale consisting of a Organizational Culture scale and Employee Engagement scale. The data analysis method used in this research is the product moment correlation technique of karl pearson. From the results of the analysis, it is known that the research hypothesis is accepted (𝑅𝑥𝑦= 0.817 ; p = 0.000 < 0.05). This means that the higher the Organizational Culture, the higher the Employee Engagement of PT. JNE Tiki Jalur Nugraha Ekakurir Medan employees and vice versa. The contribution of Organizational Culture to Employee Engagement is 66.8% (𝑅2) = 0.668, the rest (33.2%) is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. | en_US |
