Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan motivasi belajar diengan kepribadian siswa SMK N1 Bandar Pasir Mandoge. Penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dan dapat dikatakan sebagai penelitian uji beda bila ditinjau dari judul penelitian. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa sebanyak 150 orang yang masing-masing kelas berisi 50 orang. Penelitian ini menggunakan skala Motivasi Belajar disusun berdasarkan ciri motivasi belajar menurut Sardiman (dalam Rahmawati, 2016): Tekun menghadapi tugas, Ulet menghadapi kesulitan, Menunjukkan minat terhadap bermacam-macam masalah, Lebih senang bekerja mandiri, Cepat bosan dengan tugas yang rutin, Dapat mempertahankan pendapatnya, Tidak mudah melepaskan hal yang diyakini, Senang mencari dan memecahkan soal-soal menggunakan skala Likert. Skala kepribadian menggunakan tes kepribadian (Personality test) dengan model Guttman. Berdasarkan hasil analisis varian 1 jalur, diketahui terdapat perbedaan motivasi belajar ditinjau dari tipekepribadian dengan koefisien F = 14.824 dengan p < 0,050. Hipotesis yang diajukandinyatakan diterima. Berdasarkan hasil analisis mean diperoleh motivasi belajar secara keseluruhan tergolong tinggi dan motivasi belajar kepribadian introvert tergolong sedang, selanjutnya motivasi belajar kepribadian ekstrovert tergolong tinggi. This study aims to determine the differences in learning motivation from personality of the students of SMK N1 Bandar Pasir Mandoge. This research is a quantitative approach and can be regarded as a different test research when viewed from the research title. The population of this study were all 150 students, each class containing 50 people. This study uses a Learning Motivation scale based on the characteristics of learning motivation according to Sardiman (in Rahmawati, 2016): Diligent in facing tasks, Tenacious in facing difficulties, Shows interest in various problems, Prefers to work independently, Gets bored with routine tasks, Can maintain in his opinion, It is not easy to let go of what he believes in, Enjoys finding and solving problems using a Likert scale. Personality scale using a personality test (Personality test) with the Guttman model. Based on the results of the 1-way variance analysis, it is known that there are differences in learning motivation in terms of personality type with a coefficient of F = 14,824 with p < 0.050. The proposed hypothesis is accepted. Based on the results of the mean analysis, the overall learning motivation is classified as high and the learning motivation for introverted personality is moderate, then the learning motivation for extrovert personality is high.
