Abstract: | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Stres kerja merupakan perasaan tertekan yang dialami karyawan dalam menghadapi pekerjaan, yang muncul bila terdapat kesenjangan antara kemanpuan individu dengan tuntutan dari pekerjaannya, sedangkan beban kerja yaitu sejumlah kegiatan yang harus diselesaikan oleh karyawan dalam jangka waktu tertentu. Populasi penelitian ini adalah karyawan sebanyak 32 orang dan sampel penelitian sebanyak 32 orang yang diambil dengan teknik pengambilan sampel metode total sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua skala psikologi yaitu skala beban kerja dan skala stres kerja dengan menggunakan model skala Likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan koefisien korelasi rxy = 0,493 dengan p = 0,004 (p<0,050), artinya ada hubungan positif antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja. Dengan hasil tersebut, hipotesis dalam penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan positif antara beban kerja dengan stres kerja dapat diterima. Nilai koefisien korelasi positif menunjukkan bahwa arah hubungan kedua variabel adalah positif. Beban kerja memberikan sumbangan efektif sebesar 24,3%. Mean empiric variabel beban kerja yang diperoleh yaitu 92,84 sedangkan mean empirik variabel stres kerja sebesar 95,41 lalu untuk mean hipotetik variabel beban kerja sebesar 75 dan mean hipotetik variabel stres kerja sebesar 72,5, kedua variabel dinyatakan tergolong dalam kategori tinggi. This research aims to work stress is a feeling of pressure experienced by employees in dealing with work, which arises when there is a gap between individual abilities and the demands of their work, while workload is a number of activities that must be completed by employees within a certain period of time. The population of this study were 32 employees and the research sample was 32 people who were taken by the total sampling method, namely the sampling technique. This study uses two psychological scales, namely the workload scale and the work stress scale using a Likert scale model. The results of this study indicate the correlation coefficient rxy = 0.493 with p = 0.004 (p < 0.050), meaning that there is a positive relationship between workload and work stress. With these results, the hypothesis in this study that there is a positive relationship between workload and work stress is acceptable. A positive correlation coefficient value indicates that the direction of the relationship between the two variables is positive. Workload provides an effective contribution of 24.3%. The empirical mean of the workload variable obtained is 92.84 while the empirical mean of the work stress variable is 95.41 and the hypothetical mean of the workload variable is 75 and the hypothetical mean of the work stress variable is 72.5, both variables are classified as high category. |
