dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini dilaksanakan bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Konflik Peran Dengan Kinerja Karyawan Wanita di PT Fast Company Medan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan pengujian korelasi product moment. Variabel pada penelitian ini adalah konflik peran dan kinerja pegawai. Populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 35 orang dan sampel penelitian juga berjumlah 35 orang karyawan Wanita di PT Fast Company Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Korelasi Product Moment, diketahui bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif yang signifikan antara konflik peran dengan kinerja pegawai, dengan (Rxy = -0.442 ; p= 0.032< 0,050). Dari hasil kolerasi ini, maka dapat dinyatakan hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima, yaitu semakin tinggi konflik peran yang dialami karyawan Wanita akan semakin rendah kinerjanya. Hasil pengujian korelasi determinan (r2) dari hubungan konflik peran dengan kinerja pegawa adalah 0.623, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai dipengaruhi oleh konflik peran sebesar 62.3%. This research was conducted to determine the relationship between role conflict and female employee performance at PT Fast Company Medan. This study uses a quantitative approach by testing the product moment correlation. The variables in this study are role conflict and employee performance. The population of this study amounted to 35 people and the research sample also amounted to 35 female employees at PT Fast Company Medan. The data collection technique used in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale. Based on the calculation of Product Moment Correlation, it is known that there is a significant negative relationship between role conflict and employee performance, with (Rxy = -0.442 ; p = 0.001 < 0.050). From the results of this correlation, it can be stated that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted, namely the higher the role conflict experienced by female employees, the lower the performance. The results of the correlation test of the determinant (r^2) of the relationship between role conflict and employee performance is 0.623, this indicates that employee performance is influenced by role conflict by 62.3%.en_US
