Abstract: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Perbedaan Kinerja Karyawan ditinjau dari Tipe Kepribadian Introvert dan Ekstrovert. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif, subjek penelitian adalah karyawan Pabrik Timur PT. Perkebunan Nusantara IV. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 60 orang karyawan dengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah total sampling. Sejalan dengan pembahasan yang ada dalam landasan teori, maka hipotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini yaitu adanya Perbedaan Kinerja Karyawan ditinjau dari Tipe Kepribadian Introvert dan Ekstrovert dengan asumsi bahwa kinerja karyawan tipe kepribadian ekstrovert lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan kinerja karyawan tipe kepribadian Introvert. Berdasarkan hasil analisis yang dilakukan, maka diperoleh hasil bahwa hipotesa ditolak. Hasil analisis data melalui uji one way anova menunjukkan sig (p)= 0,100 dimana kriteria p: < 0.05 maka dinyatakan ada perbedaan atau sebaliknya. Uji normalitas dinyatakan normal dengan nilai 0,137. Uji homogenitas penelitian ini sebesar 0,165 dan dinyatakan homogen. Nilai rata-rata mean empirik kinerja pada tipe kepribadian ekstrovert sebesar 23,80, dan nilai rata-rata mean empirik kinerja pada tipe kepribadian introvert sebesar 22,60. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa tidak ada Perbedaan Kinerja Karyawan ditinjau dari Tipe Kepribadian Introvert dan sehingga hipotesa yang diajukan ditolak dan kinerja karyawan tipe kepribadian ekstrovert memiliki nilai rata-rata lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan intovert. This study aims to determine the differences in employee performance in terms of and Extrovert Personality Types. This study uses quantitative research methods, research subjects are employees of the East Factory PT. Nusantara IV Plantation. The number of samples in this study were 60 employees with the sampling technique used was total sampling. In line with the existing discussion in the theoretical basis, the hypothesis proposed in this study is that there are differences in employee performance in terms of and Extrovert Personality Types with the assumption that the performance of extroverted personality types is higher than that of ed personality types. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, the results obtained that the hypothesis was rejected. The results of data analysis through the one way ANOVA test showed sig (p) = 0.100 where the criteria p: < 0.05 then it was stated that there was a difference or vice versa. The normality test was declared normal with a value of 0.137. The homogeneity test of this study was 0.165 and was declared homogeneous. The mean empirical value of performance on the extroverted personality type is 23.80, and the empirical mean of performance on the ed personality type is 22.60. So it can be concluded that there is no difference in employee performance in terms of and Extrovert Personality Types so that the proposed hypothesis is rejected and the performance of employees with extroverted personality types has a higher average value thans.
