dc.description.abstract | Manajemen Pelayanan Publik memiliki fungsi yang sangat strategis dalam mengefektifkan usaha organisasi dalam bentuk pelayanan, adapun permasalahan dalam memberikan pelayanan yaitu sebagian besar masyarakat yang mengurus kartu pencari kerja lupa membawa salah satu poin persyaratan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui manajemen pelayanan dalam pengelolaan program kartu pencari kerja dan kendala pelayanan dalam pengelolaan program kartu pencari kerja di dinas ketenagakerjaan kota medan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan peneliti dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan analisa data kualitatif yaitu prosedur pemecahan masalah yang yang diselidiki dengan pengamatan dengan cara menggambarkan keadaan objek penelitian pada saat sekarang berdasarkan fakta-fakta yang tampak atau sebagaimana adanya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan manajemen pelayanan publik dalam pengelolaan program kartu pencari kerja di dinas ketenagakerjaan kota medan dari segi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasannya. Peneliti juga menemukan beberapa yang menjadi kendala dalam manajemen pelayanan di Dinas Ketenagakerjaan Kota Medan seperti kurangnya sarana dan prasaran kantor dalam pelayanan, minim kedisiplinan aparatur dalam memanejemen waktu, serta banyak masyarakat yang tidak menguasai alat teknologi seperti android sehingga Masih minimnya masyarakat yang menegerti cara mendaftar kartu pencari kerja secara online. Public Service Management has a very strategic function in streamlining organizational efforts in the form of services, while the problem in providing services is that most of the people who take care of job seeker cards forget to bring one of the requirements points. The purpose of this study was to determine service management in managing the job seeker card program and service constraints in managing the job seeker card program at the Medan City Manpower Office. The research method used by researchers in this study is descriptive method with qualitative data analysis, namely problem solving procedures investigated by observation by describing the current state of the object of research based on the facts that appear or as they are. The results showed that public service management in the management of the job seeker card program at the Medan City Manpower Office in terms of planning, organizing, implementing, and supervising it. Researchers also found several obstacles in service management at the Medan City Manpower Office such as the lack of office facilities and infrastructure in service, minimal apparatus discipline in time management, and many people who do not master technological tools such as android so that there are still few people who understand how to register a card. online job seekers. | en_US |
