dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan antara kesejahteraan psikologis dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan CV. Bintang Terang. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan di CV. Bintang Terang, berjumlah 31 orang, dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah berjumlah 31 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan total sampling. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Pengumpulan data menggunakan skala kesejahteraan psikologis dan skala komitmen organisasi yang diukur dengan menggunakan bentuk skala Likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik Korelasi Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukan nilai signifikansi korelasi p= 0,000 < 0,05, artinya ada hubungan positif antara kesejahteraan psikologis dengan komitmen organisasi pada karyawan di CV. Bintang Terang. Dengan koefisien determinan (r2) sebesar 0,348 atau 34,8 %. Dengan kata lain, hipotesis diterima. Kesejateraan Psikologis tergolong rendah (mean empirik= 48,19 > mean hipotetik= 60 dimana selisih nya lebih dari bilang SD= 10,180) dan untuk Komitmen Organisasi tergolong tinggi (mean empirik = 47,52 > mean hipotetik= 57,5 dimana selisih nya lebih dari bilangan SD =10,315). This study aims to see the relationship between psychological well-being and organizational commitment to employees of CV. Bright Star. The population of this study were all employees at CV. Bintang Terang, totaling 31 people, and the sample in this study amounted to 31 people, the sampling technique used was total sampling. This research method uses quantitative methods. Collecting data using a scale of psychological well-being and a scale of organizational commitment which is measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique uses the Product Moment Correlation technique. The results showed a significant correlation value of p = 0.000 <0.05, meaning that there was a positive relationship between psychological well-being and organizational commitment to employees at CV. Bright Star. With a determinant coefficient (r2) of 0.348 or 34.8%. In other words, the hypothesis is accepted. Psychological well-being is classified as low (empirical mean = 48.19> hypothetical mean = 60 where the difference is more than SD = 10.180) and for Organizational Commitment it is high (empirical mean = 47.52 > hypothetical mean = 57.5 where the difference is more from the number SD = 10,315). | en_US |
