dc.description.abstract | Penelitian ini di latar belakangi ini oleh fenomena pendapat masyarkat yang berbeda-beda mengenai vaksin Covid-19 sehingga terjadi pro dan kontra antar masyarakat yang membuat vaksinasi Covid-19 tidak berjalan dengan semestinya serta terdapat beberapa masyarakat Desa Bosar Nauli yang terlalu meremehkan Covid-19. Maka tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui strategi komunikasi Bidan Desa dalam mensosialisasikan vaksin Covid-19 kepada masyarakat dan untuk mengetahui apa saja hambatan komunikasi dalam mensosialisasikan vaksin Covid-19 yang dilakukan Bidan Desa kepada masyarakat. Adap un metode penelitian yang peneliti gunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian menggunakan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 6 orang yaitu 1 Bidan Desa, 2 Tokoh masyarakat, dan 3 masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang digunakan Bidan Desa untuk meyakinkan masyarakat dengan metode penyuluhan. Bidan Desa menggunakan strategi komunikasi dalam aspek pesan, aspek komunikator, dan aspek komunikan untuk meyakinkan masyarakat Desa. Adapun hambatan komunikasi dalam mensosialisasikan vaksin Covid-19 kepada masyarakat yaitu awalnya masyarakat yang beranggapan bahwa Covid-19 tidak sampai ke Desa dan adanya persepsi bahwa penyakit komorbid tidak boleh untuk melakukan vaksin Covid-19. Village to Regency19 did not work properly and there were some Bosar Nauli Village residents who underestimated Covid-19. So the purpose of this study is to find out the Village Midwife's communication strategy in disseminating the Covid19 to the public and to find out what are the communication barriers in disseminating the Covid-19 the Village Midwife to the community. The research method that the researcher uses is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques in research using observation, interviews and documentation. There were 6 informants in this study, namely 1 village midwife, 2 community leaders, and 3 community members. The results showed that the communication strategy used by the Village Midwife to convince the community was through the extension method. The Village Midwife uses a communication strategy in the message aspect, the communicator aspect, and the communicant aspect to convince the village community. The communication barriers in disseminating the Covid-19 to the community were initially people who thought that Covid-19 did not reach the village and there was a perception that comorbid diseases were not allowed to carry out the Covid-19 vaccine. | en_US |
