dc.description.abstractPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan psychological wellbeing dengan work engagement pada karyawan di PT. Suriatama Mahkota Kencana. Hipotesis yang diajukan adalah adanya hubungan antara psychological well being dengan work engagement pada karyawan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan di Kantor Pusat PT. Suriatama Mahkota Kencana yang berjumlah 43 orang. Pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik Purposive Sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan skala, yaitu skala psychological wellbeing dan skala work engagement. Analisis data menggunakan korelasi Product Moment. Berdasarkan hasil analisis r Product Moment dengan nilai koefisien (rxy) = 0,790, dengan Signifikan p = 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil ini menunjukkan hipeotesis yang diajukan dalam penelitian ini diterima, yaitu ada hubungan antara psychological well being dengan work engagement. Artinya , semakin tinggi psychological well being maka semakin tinggi pula work engagement. Besarnya koefisien determinan (r2) sebesar 0,624. Ini menunjukkan bahwa psychological well being berdistribusi sebesar 62,4% terhadap work engagement. Dalam penelitian ini psychological well being yang dimiliki karyawan tergolong sedang dengan nilai mean hipotetik 77,50 dan mean empirik sebesar 82,139. Work engagement juga tergolong sedang dengan nilai mean hipotetik 77,50 dan mean empirik 78,488. This study aims to see the correlation of psychological wellbeing with work engagement on employees in PT. Suriatama Mahkota Kencana. The hypothesis is the existence of a correlaion between psychological well being with work engagement on employees. The research method used is quantitative correlational design. The subject in this research is the employees in the head Office of PT. Suriatama Mahkota Kencana which amounted to 43 people. Sampling using Purposive Sampling Technique. Data collection was using scales, namely the psychological wellbeing scale and work engagement scale. Data analysis using product moment correlation. Based on the analysis result of R Product Moment with coefficient value (rxy) = 0.790, with significant p = 0.000 < 0.05. These results indicate that the hypothesis proposed in this study is accepted. there is a correlation between psychological well being and work engagement. The higher the psychological well being, the higher the work engagement. The magnitude of the determinant coefficient (r2) is 0.624. This shows that psychological well being is distributed by 62.4% to work engagement. In this study, psychological well being owned by employees is classified as being with a hypothetical mean value of 77.50 and an empirical mean of 82.139. Work engagement is also classified as moderate with a hypothetical mean value of 77.50 and an empirical mean of 78.488.en_US
