This study aims to determine the correlation between work environment and work fatigue on employees of PT. Prima Kencana ADV. This study uses quantitative research methods with correlational analysis. The research population is employees at PT. Prima Kencana Adv, totaling 67 employees. Using a total sampling technique of sampling. The work environment is measured using a scale that is based on theory (Analysis, 2018), namely: work structure, responsibility, attention and support from leaders, collaboration between groups, and smooth communication. Work fatigue is measured using a scale that is based on aspects of work fatigue according to Schuler and Jackson (2001) as follows: Emotional Fatigue, Depersonalization Attitude, Feelings of Inadequacy. Based on the calculation of product moment correlation analysis, it can be seen that there is a negative relationship between work environment and work fatigue. This result is evidenced by the correlation coefficient rxy = -0.491, with significant p = 0.000 <0.05. The determinant coefficient (r2) of the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable is r2 = 0.241. This shows that the work environment has a distribution of 24.10% on work fatigue. It can be concluded that the work environment is classified as moderate with a hypothetical mean of 82,500 and an empirical mean of 73,761. Furthermore, work fatigue is classified as high because the hypothetical mean is 67,500 and the empirical mean is 76,313.en_US
